      SOLUTION: When an operation device 9 of the door control device 7 measures an engagement gap possessed when an engagement device of a car side door and an engagement device of a landing side door are in the closed state of the respective doors, at a period after it is determined that an input in the closed state (ON state signal of the full-close position detection switch of the car side door) of the door full-closed state detection signal, an output of a constant torque value in a direction for performing closing action of the car side door as a torque instruction value and a door speed are zero respectively and the door full-closed state is confirmed until increase of the torque instruction value generated in contact of the engagement device of the respective doors is detected as variation of the torque instruction value when it is transferred to door opening action, the engagement gap is measured by the result obtained by measuring a movement distance of the car side door.
