摘要： A voltage stability monitoring device for monitoring the voltage stability of a system, the device including: an assumed change scenario calculation unit for predicting the output variation of a renewable energy connected to said system and calculating an assumed change time-series power flow state on the basis of said output variation; a time-series voltage stability calculation unit for calculating a node voltage change with respect to demand at each node of said system on the basis of said power flow state calculated by said assumed change scenario calculation unit and calculating a voltage stability indicating the relationship curve between said node voltage and reactive power; and a voltage stability improvement countermeasure search unit for determining a controlled device on which an assumed control is to be performed, according to said voltage stability calculated by said time-series voltage stability calculation unit.

摘要： Example implementations described herein are directed to detection of historical anomalous events that are similar to currently occurring events in a transmission power system based on phasor management unit (PMU) data to provide information to grid operators with online decision support. From the high-resolution time synchronized PMU data, the historical events can be quickly retrieved and compared to the currently occurring event so that operators can be provided with remedy actions that were attempted in response to the historical events. Utilization of PMU information for such decision support may compliment operation practices relying on supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) measurements by allowing a much fast response to the currently occurring event. Accurate identification of similar, historical events can advise grid operators of the cause of disturbances and provide ideas for response. Implementations of the proposed technology may improve the resilience and reliability of the transmission power systems.

摘要： An object is to accurately monitor deterioration of current or future voltage stability, by dynamically changing a bus in which current or future voltage stability deteriorates, in stability monitoring calculation of a power system. Hence the present invention provides a voltage stability monitoring device, which monitors voltage stability of a power system, including an assumed change scenario calculation unit which produces a plurality of assumed change scenarios indicating a scenario of a change that is assumed based on at least one of a system configuration of the power system and a change of a tide state; a voltage stability calculation unit which calculates the voltage stability using the assumed change scenario; a voltage stability margin calculation unit which calculates a voltage stability margin indicating margin degree of the voltage stability, based on the voltage stability; an each scenario severity ranking calculation unit which selects an assumed change scenario with high severity of the voltage stability for each assumed change scenario, based on the voltage stability margin; a vulnerable bus calculation unit which calculates which of buses in the power system is a vulnerable bus that decreases voltage stability, based on the assumed change scenario which is selected; and a monitoring location change unit which changes a monitoring target of the voltage stability, based on information of the vulnerable bus.

摘要： In administration based on the existing (N−1) reliability criteria, an appropriate administration plan may be not drafted in a power system in which renewable energy increases. Accordingly, according to the invention, a power system monitoring apparatus that monitors a power system includes: an input unit that inputs assumable system breakdown data including an occurrence frequency of each assumable breakdown of the power system and assumable output change data including an occurrence frequency of each assumable output change of each generator connected to the power system; and an output unit that generates conditions by which events of the assumable breakdowns and the assumable output changes are combined based on the occurrence frequencies of the assumable breakdown and the assumable output change and outputs a control plan for each of the conditions.
