摘要： According to one embodiment, a laser welding apparatus has a laser irradiation head that is arranged in an outer frame and is divided inside into a light source side and an irradiation side by a partitioning member. The apparatus also has a gas jet nozzle that is formed so as to irradiate a portion to be welded with the laser light and jet the inert gas to the portion to be welded; and a welding wire feed pipe that sequentially feeds a welding wire. The apparatus also has a welding wire contact mechanism that includes a measuring means for measuring a distance between the extremity of the irradiation side and the extremity of the welding wire, and is formed so that the extremity of the welding wire is brought into contact with and pressed against the portion to be welded by an elastic member.

摘要： According to an embodiment, a horizontally moving stage is mounted on a cylindrical structure within a reactor pressure vessel, travels horizontally along the surface of the cylindrical structure by wheels, and is positioned above an in-reactor pipe by the operation of the horizontally moving stage. A hollow mast is carried by the horizontally moving stage, and is expandable and contractible in a vertical attitude. When the mast is in the vertical attitude, a probe is movable within the mast and performs work in the proximity to the inner surface of the in-reactor pipe. A cable passes through the mast to be connected to the probe.

The present invention is a tantalum recovery method for recovering tantalum from a tantalum-containing waste, the method comprising subjecting the tantalum-containing waste to an acid treatment in an oxidizing atmosphere, thereafter to a roasting treatment and an alkali treatment, and further comprising carrying out a magnetic separation treatment before the acid treatment to thereby separate a tantalum-containing material in the tantalum-containing waste. This is particularly a suitable recovery method for recovering tantalum from wastes containing a relatively large amount of copper and tungsten such as discarded substrates such as printed wiring boards.

摘要： The present invention provides a technology for recovering high-content tantalum from tantalum-containing waste with reducing various impurities such as antimony (Sb) and phosphorus (P) which hinder reuse of the tantalum in tantalum capacitors. The method for recovering tantalum from tantalum-containing waste according to the present invention is characterized in that tantalum-containing waste is subjected to an acid treatment and then to an alkali treatment, thereby recovering tantalum. The acid treatment is preferably performed with use of an acid containing hydrochloric acid and the alkali treatment is preferably performed with use of sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide. The tantalum-containing waste in the present invention is preferably a tantalum sintered compact collected from a tantalum capacitor.
