    • The present invention aims at providing: a recycling usable regenerated particle aggregate; a method for allowing stable manufacture of the regenerated particle aggregate; a paper containing the regenerated particle aggregate, the paper exhibiting excellent property in case of newsprint papers, printing papers, book printing papers, and electrophotographic printing papers that use the regenerated particle aggregate, and especially a neutralized paper containing the regenerated particle aggregate; and a coated paper for printing having especially excellent printability, using the regenerated particle aggregate. Problems will be solved by: a regenerated particle aggregate obtained through dehydration, drying, calcination, and pulverization using a deinked froth discharged at a used paper deinking treatment process as a main raw material; a method for manufacturing the regenerated particle aggregate; a paper containing the regenerated particle aggregate as an internal filler; a coated paper for printing having a coating of the regenerated particle aggregate as a pigment for coating.

    • An image forming apparatus includes an image forming device including an image holding member; an intermediate transfer belt to whose outer surface a developer image formed on the image holding member of the image forming device is transferred, and that holds the developer image; a cleaning device that includes a plate member, and that performs a cleaning operation; and a collecting member that is disposed in contact with an outer peripheral surface of the intermediate transfer belt, and that removes and holds a resin particle existing at the outer peripheral surface of the intermediate transfer belt as a result of causing a speed of the intermediate transfer belt and a speed of the collecting member to differ from each other.

    • A cleaning device includes: a first scraping member that scrapes off a developer on a surface of a moving body that circularly moves; a second scraping member that is disposed downstream from the first scraping member in a moving direction of the moving body, and that scrapes off residuals remaining on the surface of the moving body; a container having: a first housing portion that houses the developer scraped off by the first scraping member, as a recovered material; and a second housing portion that houses the residuals scraped off by the second scraping member; a discharge port that is disposed in the first housing portion, wherein the developer in the first housing portion is discharged to an outside of the container through the discharge port; and a conveying member that conveys the recovered material housed in the first housing portion to the discharge port.
