摘要： An endoscopic image filing system mainly comprises an endoscope apparatus for performing endoscopical examination by way of an endoscopic image, an image filing apparatus connected with the endoscope apparatus for recording a required endoscopic image, and a cleaning apparatus for sterilizing/cleaning an endoscope used in the endoscope apparatus. The image filing apparatus is provided with a keyboard and a mouse for inputting and setting a variety of data. The cleaning apparatus is provided with a keyboard for inputting data and a printer for printing a sticker or the like which indicates that the endoscope has already been cleaned and is stuck for the endoscope after cleaned, for example. The cleaning apparatus is capable of transmitting cleaning information to the image filing apparatus.

In accordance with a release trigger generated by pressing a release switch included in an electronic endoscope, the personal computer records image signals output from an endoscope device, which are associated with examination information relating to endoscope examination input through a keyboard and/or a mouse. Then, the personal computer displays image signals and/or information output from the endoscope device on a monitor. The personal computer searches and displays examination information in accordance with a search condition input by the keyboard and/or the mouse. In addition, the personal computer searches and displays examination information by changing a search range under a predetermined condition with respect to the search condition.

摘要： The endoscope image filing system is constituted of an endoscope apparatus for obtaining endoscope images and an image filing device which is connected to the endoscope apparatus and which is for recording desired endoscope images. The image filing device registers endoscope image data that is related with medical data on an endoscope examination (examination data), registers an examination report created by combining the medical data (examination data) with examined images generated from the endoscope image data, and is capable of building a database for registering distribution destination data for this examination report on a hard disk. The image filing device is then capable of outputting the created examination report to an external network, on the basis of the distribution destination data.

摘要： The invention relates to a label separating apparatus in which, of labels formed in rows and columns on a continuous substrate being transported along a line of transport, labels found good and labels found defective upon determination of their quality are transported separately. The invention seeks to ensure that all of a plurality of defective labels possibly extant in any one of the rows can concurrently be transferred without fail selectively onto a different line of transport.The apparatus includes a primary conveyer in which a continuous substrate 21A is transported having labels 22A-22D, which are spaced apart from each other by a given distance and arranged in rows and columns, formed thereon and peelably adhered thereto. The primary conveyer includes a transport turn-back member 12A for permitting labels 22A-22D for each row concurrently to peel off the continuous substrate 21. In the apparatus, a label peeled off by the transport turn-back member 12A and found defective is subjected to an air blast by an air-blasting member 15A, 15B, 15C, 15D and is thereby oriented in transport towards a conveyer for defective labels 14 and adhered to on the conveyer for defective labels 14 while it is held by a label holding member 16 formed with an air draining vent 16C.
