    • [Summary][Technical problem] The main object of the present invention is to provide a mold part for resin molding and manufacturing method which can easily change a design on a product surface side without requiring substantial effort and cost and diversify the selection of post-processings on this design surface and are suitably used by being attached to diverse molding tools.[Means for solving the problems] A mold part for molding resin 10 includes a base material layer 12, a design section 14 and uneven sections 18 which abut inner surface (m) so as to form ventilation sections 20, the design section 14 has a design surface 14a transferred by a reverse master having an uneven surface, at least the design section 14 out of the base material layer 12 and the design section 14 is formed of a heat resistant material; and the mold part for resin molding 10 is interchangeably attached to the molding tool M so that a molding pressure acts in a direction to press the uneven sections 18 against the inner surface (m) of the molding tool M at the time of molding the resin molded article.

    • A molding die includes a die having a mold plane; and gloss control granules composed of 50 to 80 pbw of a shape retention fixation base material such as a thermosetting resin; 30 to 80 pbw of a diffuse reflecting surface formation core material such as a ceramic powder; and 5 to 10 pbw of a roughness enhancement material such as an inorganic fiber, adhered to the mold plane in a spaced-apart manner. The gloss control granules are each independently adhered in the spaced-apart manner to form gloss control projections on the mold plane of the die so that a surface of a molded product molded on the die forms a surface having a small specular reflection or a diffuse reflection, and the gloss control projections having fine, uneven surfaces with recesses and projections are formed on the mold plane at a coating rate of 40 to 80%.
