    • The present invention provides a liquid discharge head less susceptible to crosstalk between displacement elements adjacent to each other, and a recording device using the liquid discharge head. The liquid discharge head includes a plate-shaped passage member providing a plurality of liquid pressurizing chambers of identical shape which open into a main surface and are arranged in a matrix shape, a plurality of liquid discharge holes, and a plurality of individual supply paths; and a plate-shaped piezoelectric actuator having a common electrode, a piezoelectric layer, and a plurality of individual electrodes laminated on a diaphragm. The plate-shaped passage member and the plate-shaped piezoelectric actuator are laminated one upon another so that the diaphragm and the piezoelectric layer cover the plurality of liquid pressurizing chambers. In a plan view of the liquid discharge head, an opening of each of the liquid pressurizing chambers is a polygonal shape having at least one acute angle shaped corner. A connection electrode led out to outside the liquid pressurizing chamber in the liquid pressurizing chamber and the individual electrode is disposed in a parallelogram shaped region including two sides holding therebetween an acute angle shaped corner of the liquid pressurizing chamber, and two corners adjacent to the corner.
