摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that: a conventional solar panel installation base is configured so as to make a panel have an angle for an incidence angle of sunlight, and the solar panel can be installed with only one step for an installation site and cannot be installed in a shadow part of the solar panel, and accordingly the area of the solar panels is smaller than that of the installation site.SOLUTION: Hemispherical bases are arranged on an installation site and solar panels are mounted on the inner sides of the hemispherical bases, thereby allowing a solar panel area which is about 1.5 times as large as that in the case of installation on a flat surface to be installed. By providing an installation surface on the inside of a hemispherical body, the incident angle and direction of sunlight varying depending on the season is efficiently applied to the inside of the hemispherical body throughout 360 degrees.
