摘要： A transmission management apparatus, method, and recording medium are provided, including a memory configured to store address information that associates, for each one of a plurality of request source terminals, request source terminal identification information and candidate counterpart terminal identification information; a receiver configured to receive connection request information from a transmission terminal as the request source terminal; and processing circuitry configured to: determine whether to provide status information of the transmission terminal of another transmission management apparatus, based on information of said another apparatus associated with the at least one candidate counterpart terminal, to generate a determination result when the receiver receives the connection request information, provide the status information of the transmission terminal of said another apparatus based on the determination result, and acquire status information of the at least one candidate counterpart terminal managed by said another apparatus included in the address information of the transmission terminal.
