摘要： A thermoplastic resin composition is obtained by blending 100 parts by weight of a resin blend consisting of 10 to 90% by weight of at least one polypropylene type resin (A) selected from the group consisting of modified polypropylenes and compounds composed of modified polypropylenes and polypropylenes, and 90 to 10% by weight of a polyamide resin (B); 2 to 30 parts by weight of an epoxy group containing copolymer (C) and 2 to 100 parts by weight of an ethylene-.alpha..beta.-unsaturated carboxylic acid alkyl estermaleic anhydride terpolymer (D).The composition can easily be processed into a molded product, a film, a sheet or the like by a conventional processing method such as injection molding and extrusion molding. The resulting product has a very good balance in physical properties such as heat resistance, coating properties, impact strength and flexural modulus. The composition of this invention is useful in the fields of automobiles, electric industry and electronic industry.

摘要： A method for surface treating a resin composition molded article and a method for coating a resin composition molded article are disclosed, which comprise irradiating a molded article with ultraviolet light having an irradiation wavelength in the region of 300 nm or less and, if desired, coating the thus UV-irradiated surface with a coating, the molded article being obtained from a resin composition comprising (I) 100 parts by weight of a resin composition comprising (A) from 5 to 99.5% by weight of a polypropylene resin selected from the group consisting of polypropylene, modified polypropylene, and a modified polypropylene/polypropylene composition and (B) from 0.5 to 95% by weight of at least one thermoplastic resin selected from the group consisting of a polyamide resin, a polyphenylene ether resin, a mixture of a polyphenylene ether resin and a styrene resin, a graft copolymer of a polyphenylene ether resin and styrene, and a saturated polyester resin; and (II) up to 30 parts by weight of at least one compatibilizer for improving compatibility between the polypropylene resin (A) and the thermoplastic resin (B), the compatabilizer being selected from the group consisting of an unsaturated carboxylic acid compound having at least one carboxyl group in the molecule thereof or a derivative thereof, a diamine compound having at least two nitrogen atoms in the molecule thereof or a derivative thereof, and an epoxy-containing copolymer.

A coating method of a polyamide resin composition molded article is also disclosed, comprising, after bringing the surface of a resin composition molded article into contact with water, coating the surface with a coating composition.

The method involves the steps of supplying a foam between upper and lower halves of a mold, one of which has plurality of slits and/or holes corresponding to the ribs and/or bosses to be formed, supplying a quantity of a plasticized thermoplastic resin melt between the already supplied foam and the half of the mold not having any slit or hole, moving at least one half of the mold during supplying the thermoplastic resin or just after completion of supply of the thermoplastic resin to press mold the thermoplastic resin so that the plasticized thermoplastic resin breaks at least a part of areas of the foam on the slits and/or holes of the half of the mold to flow into the slits and/or holes and to form the ribs and/or bosses.
