摘要： Disclosed are a method and apparatus for detection of a magnetic substance erroneously included in a non-magnetic product. The non-magnetic product such as a sewn product is passed through a high magnetic field in which a magnetic field is applied to the product. The residual magnetization of a magnetic substance such as a broken needle mingled in the product is detected by a sensing unit and a signal of detection is transmitted to a measuring unit to measure the magnitude of detected residual magnetization. The presence or absence of the magnetic substance in the product is determined by a control unit based on the output from the measuring unit. Alternatively, a magnetic field may be preparatorily applied to a magnetic substance having the possibility of being mingled in the non-magnetic product thereby causing the magnetic substance to assume a state of possessing residual magnetization.

摘要： Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for easily, sensitively and reliably detecting the presence of a magnetic substance in a non-magnetic product, and even a minuted magnetized material such as a broken needle erroneously included in a sewn product. Magnetic sensors as a sensing unit are disposed at a prescribed position between a pair of opposed magnetic shielding members made of a soft magnetic material as a magnetic flux converging unit. A non-magnetic product including a magnetic substance is passed through between the pair of magnetic shielding members. A magnetic flux generated by the magnetic substance mingled in the product is converged to the magnetic shielding members, while shutting off a magnetic field due to external disturbance, and residual magnetization of the magnetic substance is detected by the magnetic sensors. Preferably, each of the magnetic shielding members has a curved surface projecting inwardly in the form curved along the conveyance direction of the non-magnetic product, and a plurality of magnetic sensors are disposed on each of the curved surfaces at intervals of a prescribed size in the lateral direction thereof.

When a scanning of the subject 5 is performed, the X-ray incidence rate of each detection module is calculated using the X-ray incidence rate of the module in which the reference detector is present and the stored coefficient, and sensitivity correction data relating to each focal spot position is obtained using the calculated X-ray incidence rate when the scanning of the subject is performed.

The eyelid detection device detects a boundary between an upper eyelid and eyeball based on peak points in the vertical direction of the computed upper eyelid feature amounts. Consequently, the boundary between an eyelid and eyeball can be accurately detected even when the eyelid has been applied with makeup.

摘要： A radiological imaging apparatus of the present invention comprises an image pickup device and a medical examinee holding device that is provided with a bed. The image pickup device includes a large number of radiation detectors and radiation detector support plates. A large number of radiation detectors are mounted around the circumference of a through-hole and arranged in the axial direction of the through-hole. The radiation detectors are arranged in three layers formed radially with respect to the center of the through-hole and mounted on the lateral surfaces of the radiation detector support plates. Since the radiation detectors are not only arranged in the axial direction and circumferential direction of the through-hole but also arrayed in the radial direction, it is possible to obtain accurate information about a γ-ray arrival position in the radial direction of the through-hole (the positional information about a radiation detector from which a γ-ray image pickup signal is output). The use of accurate information about γ-ray arrival increases the tomogram accuracy. As a result, the present invention enhances the, tomogram accuracy, that is, the PET examination accuracy.

摘要： A radiological imaging apparatus of the present invention comprises an image pickup device and a medical examinee holding device that is provided with a bed. The image pickup device includes a large number of radiation detectors and radiation detector support plates.
