摘要： Navigation systems, methods, and programs acquire deviated point information regarding a deviated point where a vehicle traveling a set route has deviated the route, and acquire post-deviation travel history information regarding a travel history after a deviated vehicle has deviated the route at the deviated point. The systems, methods, and programs determine based on the post-deviation travel history information for each of the deviated vehicles whether the deviated vehicle has traveled along a reroute set after deviating the route at the deviated point, and judges whether a rate of the deviated vehicles which were determined as having traveled along the reroute is a first predetermined value or more. If the rate of the deviated vehicles which were determined as having traveled along the reroute is the first predetermined value or more, the systems, methods, and programs determine that guidance of the route is not appropriate.

摘要： According to an aspect of the embodiments, a congestion detection method causes a computer to function as a congestion detection apparatus connectable to a network. Packets on the network are obtained and a packet loss is detected. A packet group made up of a series of packets based on the obtained packets is extracted. A packet loss in the packet group is detected and a position in the packet group where the packet loss occurred is detected. Whether congestion is occurring is judged based on the position of the packet loss in the packet group.

摘要： Packet transmission quality in a communication network is measured by transmitting a measurement packet from a packet transmission node to a packet reception node. The packet transmission node is provided with a transmission counter counting the number of packets transmitted from a packet transmission node to a packet reception node, and a measurement packet counter counting the number of measurement packets transmitted from the packet transmission node to the packet reception mode. The packet reception node is provided with a reception counter counting the number of packets received from the packet transmission node. The packet transmission node transmits a measurement packet including a transmission counter value and a measurement packet counter value, to the packet reception node which calculates the number of lost packets or a loss rate of packets on the basis of the transmission counter value, the measurement packet counter value, and a reception counter value.

Then, the time and loss conditions regarding a detection packet having passed through the communication path are detected, and changes in delay and jitter conditions and changes in loss rate according to a traffic load are grasped. Changes in the communication conditions of the communication path at high load can be detected while minimizing the occurrence of adverse effects on other communications.
