    • A magazine detachably installed in a main body of a disc changer is divided into sections by partitions for storing a large number of optical discs. The magazine is provided with a belt set around rollers, which carries the optical disc in contact with the belt. In the disc changer, the belt is rotated by a gear of the roller, which is engaged with an external drive gear for taking the optical disc through rotating movement. Among the optical discs which have been taken, a target optical disc opposite the slit of the disc control plate passes through the slit, and the other optical discs stop while abutting against the disc control plate. The optical disc which has passed through the slit is inserted into disc carriage rollers, and further carried to the drive for recording/reproducing.

    • A siphon tube which is mounted on the brim of a container to take a liquid out from the container, includes a flow path, of which one end is immersed in the liquid inside the container and of which the other end extends to a position outside the container lower than a liquid level assumed; a relay liquid tank joining with the other end of the flow path; a takeout tube, of which one end joins with the relay liquid tank and of which the other end has an outlet at a position higher than the liquid level assumed; and a pumping device which generates a negative pressure inside the flow path. After establishing siphon or pressure siphon state with the liquid lead into the flow path by the pumping device, the siphon tube and the container are inclined together to take out the liquid.

    • Vibration beams are provided on a substrate in parallel with the substrate and in parallel with each other, and provided in vacuum chambers formed by a shell and the substrate. Each of vibration beams has a sectional shape with a longer sectional thickness in a direction perpendicular to a surface of the substrate than a sectional thickness in a direction parallel to the surface of the substrate. A first electrode plate is provided in parallel with the surface of the substrate and connected to one end of each of the vibration beams. A second electrode plate is provided in parallel with the surface of the substrate and between the vibration beams. Third and fourth electrode plates are provided on opposite sides of the vibration beams. Asperities are provided in opposed side wall portion surfaces of the vibration beams and the second, third and fourth electrode plates.
