    • An exposure apparatus is arranged to project one unit of a circuit pattern onto the surface of a resist on a substrate to be manufactured and to expose it over the surface of this resist. The exposure apparatus includes a processing unit that enables forming a high-resolution circuit pattern image on the substrate by the use of an image display which is able to ensure a wide display region without deteriorating the resolution, and that when dividing the one unit of circuit pattern into a plurality of regions in order to ensure an inexpensive, reliable exposure operation, divides it so that adjacent ones of the divided regions may partly overlap each other. An exposure device includes a plurality of optical systems each of that projects one of a plurality of the divided regions onto the surface of the resist on the substrate. A control unit causes a plurality of the divided regions to be simultaneously projected on the surface of the resist in such a way as to cause duplex regions between the adjacent regions to overlap each other on the surface of the resist on the substrate to thereby cause the one unit of circuit pattern image to be formed on the surface of the resist on the substrate.

    • A wiring board manufacturing system, which is an electric wiring forming system, utilizes a magnesium alloy as a conductive metal for wiring pattern forming, and mixes and heats the magnesium alloy chips thereof in a cylinder (feeding unit) with a built-in screw, melting same into an alloy slurry of a thixotropic state. The alloy slurry thereof is discharged onto a board. The board is mounted on a work stage of a stage unit, which is driven and controlled in accordance with wiring pattern data inputted by a CAD or the like, and a wiring pattern is formed on the board with the discharged alloy. According to this system, it is possible to provide an electric wiring forming system, which does away with the effects on the environment resulting from waste liquid at manufacturing, enables manufacturing time to be shortened, and moreover, uses an inexpensive metallic material for forming a wiring pattern.

    • A printer comprises a transportation belt, a printer head, and a pneumatic paper sucker. The transportation belt is driven by a driving roller that drives a driven roller. The printer head includes a plurality of head units each having ink-jet surfaces. In the printer, print paper is adsorbed to the transportation belt by the sucker, and transported in a direction of transportation.     • An apparatus comprises a lever provided in a housing. The lever has a stop piece on its first end which is located near a card insertion slot. The lever also has contact rollers on its second end which is opposite to the first end. The lever is rotatable around an axis with respect to a card passageway. The axis extends perpendicular to the passageway between the first and second ends. The lever is urged by a tension spring so that the contact rollers can contact a card being transferred in the passageway and that the stop piece cannot block the passageway. If a card is inserted from the insertion slot into the housing and transferred along the passageway, the card abuts the contact rollers to rotate the lever. As a result, the stop piece blocks the passageway to prevent successive insertion of two cards.

    • A shutter mechanism for use in a recording and/or reproducing apparatus having a guide slot through which a record card is inserted/discharged. The mechanism includes a shutter blade arranged behind the guide slot, shafts secured to side walls of the blade, and contact members, with inclined surfaces, disposed on the rear surface of the blade. The shafts are inserted into U-shaped recesses formed in supporting members so as to move rotatably and up and down. A first coiled spring biases the blade to rotate to close the guide slot, and second and third coiled springs press the blade downward to close the guide slot. During insertion of the card, the blade is pushed by the front edge of the card to rotate the blade about the shafts against the force of the first spring to open the guide slot. After full insertion of the card, the blade is returned to an upright position to close the guide slot. During discharge of the card, the rear edge of the card is urged against the inclined surfaces of the contact members to generate a force for moving the blade upward against the force of the second and third springs. After discharge of the card, the blade is moved downward by the force of the second and third springs. The contact members are secured to the rear surface of the blade rotatably in an opposite direction in which the blade is rotated by the card during insertion.
