摘要： In an electride C12A7 provided by replacing free oxygen in 12CaO.7Al2O3 with electrons, a material having metallic electroconductivity and an electric conductivity of more than 5×102 S/cm at room temperature could not have been produced without difficulties. An electride 12CaO.7Al2O3, which has metallic electroconductivity and has an electric conductivity of more than 5×102 S/cm at room temperature, can be produced by heat-treating titanium metal vapor and 12CaO.7Al2O3 single crystal, sinter, or thin film at a temperature above 600° C. and below 1,450° C. for less than 240 hours. Further, thermoelectric field electron release can also be realized using an electron release chip fabricated from the electride.

摘要： A flexible, perforate grate, e.g. made of a mat of meshed metal chain links or wirecloth belting, is provided at intervals spaced across its length, with individually extensile/retractile supports. By coordinately extending and retracting the supports, the material fed onto the grate at one margin can be walked, rolled, tumbled and similarly redistributed and moved across the grate to the opposite margin, and, for instance dumped off the far edge of the grate into a residue collecting system. The grate may be basically horizontal, or it may have a general cascade-like tilt either forwards or rearwards. In one embodiment, the supports are seen each having a grate mat contact member which pivots during extension and retraction in order to further alter the shape of the grate mat intervening two adjacent supports.

摘要： The invention is an optical system cleaner for an optical disk drive in which a cleaning member is attached directly to a shutter or a member corresponding to the shutter to eliminate the need for a mechanism for linking the cleaning member with the shutter. An optical disk drive according to the present invention includes an actuator for projecting an optical beam through an optical system and to a desired position on an optical disk loaded at a reproduction position. The optical disk drive also includes a shutter opening means for opening the shutter of a cassette with a built-in optical disk. The body of the optical system cleaner has a substantially similar shape to said cassette and a moving member attached to the body of said optical system cleaner so as to move freely and driven by said shutter opening means. A cleaning member is attached to said moving member for sweeping out said optical system by merely taking the body of said optical system cleaner in or out of said optical disk drive.
