Other embodiments provide an electroconductive paste composition including an electroconductive metal component, the inorganic reaction system, and an organic vehicle and a solar cell manufactured by applying the electroconductive paste composition to a silicon wafer. Still another embodiment provides, as a solar cell module provided by assembling the solar cells manufactured by applying the electroconductive paste composition to the silicon wafer, a solar cell module wherein the electroconductive paste composition includes the electroconductive metal component, the inorganic reaction system, and the organic vehicle.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliver electrical conductive paste for a solar cell which improves the contact between the paste and a silicon substrate positioned below the paste.SOLUTION: An electrical conductive paste composition, in particular an electrical conductive paste composition for a solar cell, contains silver particles, glass frit, an organic medium, and a nanoparticle additive agent. The additive agent contains nanoparticles of an electrical conductive metal, a metal alloy, and/or metal silicide, for example, nanoparticles containing one of nickel, chrome, cobalt, titanium, or an alloy, a silicide, and a compound of these elements. When the electrical conductive paste composition is used for forming an electric contact on the solar cell, the paste reduces the contact resistance between the paste and the substrate and improves the efficiency of the solar cell.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive paste having improved electrical characteristics used in a solar panel technology.SOLUTION: The invention relates to an inorganic reaction system used in manufacturing a conductive paste. The inorganic reaction system contains a lead-containing matrix formed composition and a tellurium oxide additive. Preferably, the lead-containing matrix formed composition is 5 to 95 wt.% of the inorganic reaction system and the tellurium oxide additive is 5 to 95 wt.% of the inorganic reaction system. The lead-containing matrix formed composition may be a glass frit and include a lead oxide. Another aspect relates to a conductive paste composition containing a metal particle, the inorganic reaction system disclosed in this specification and an organic vehicle. Another aspect relates to an organic vehicle containing one or more of a binder, a detergent, a solvent and a thixotropic agent. Another aspect relates to a solar cell printed by using the disclosed conductive paste composition, a constructed solar cell module and a method of manufacturing the solar cell.

It is also permissible for the inorganic reaction system to include a silver-containing matrix forming composition. It is also permissible for the silver-containing matrix forming composition to include silver oxide or silver halides or at least either of both. A solar cell manufactured by using an electroconductive paste including the inorganic reaction system including the electroconductive glass and a method for manufacturing a solar cell using the electroconductive paste including the inorganic reaction system including the electroconductive glass are also provided. A system including silver and lead or silver-tellurium-zinc is conceivable as another inorganic reaction system.

The conductive paste used for solar cell technologies further contains second silver particles each having a particle diameter exceeding 1 μ and a superficial area smaller than 2 m/g. Moreover, in the conductive paste, the total silver content of the paste is about less than 83.5 wt.%. In another embodiment, a solar cell includes a silicon wafer having a surface electrode containing the conductive paste. Moreover, in another embodiment, a solar cell module includes the solar cells which are interconnected electrically. In yet another embodiment, a method is provided for manufacturing the solar cell by applying the conductive paste to the silicon wafer and calcinating the wafer with an appropriate profile.
