    • There is provided an apparatus and method of resetting an electronic paper panel. An apparatus for resetting an electronic paper panel according to an aspect of the invention may include: a time control unit determining start and end times of a predetermined reset period on the basis of a frame synchronization signal and a data synchronization signal of an electronic paper panel, and determining start and end times of a predetermined pulse reset period within the reset period; and a driving circuit unit generating a pulse reset signal having pulses with a predetermined frequency during the pulse reset period, determined by the time control unit, and generating a display reset signal during the reset period to thereby supply the pulse reset signal and the display reset signal to the electronic paper panel.

    • A method for fabricating a thin film device includes the step of forming a sacrificial layer on a first substrate. A portion other than a region of the sacrificial layer is selectively removed. A material film is formed on the sacrificial layer to be connected to the first substrate via the selectively removed region. The material film portion filled in the selectively removed region is provided as an anchor. A thin film lamination is formed on the material film. The desired thin film device is formed by using a selective etching process. After removing the sacrificial layer, the thin film device floats over the first substrate with being supported by the anchor. A support body is temporarily attached on the thin film lamination. The thin film device is transferred to the support body onto a second substrate.

    • There is provided an electronic paper display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The electronic paper display device includes a first electrode formed of a transparent material; at least one or more second electrodes disposed to face the first electrode with differing gaps therebetween; and at least one or more display units disposed between the first and second electrodes and having optical properties varied according to voltage applied to the first and second electrodes. The display units are disposed between the first electrode and the second electrodes disposed to face the first electrode with differing gaps, so respective rotation amounts or rotation angles of the display units become different when the same magnitude of voltage is applied. Accordingly, a wide range of contrast levels is displayed.
