    • PURPOSE:To provide a small-sized incinerator with its incinerator body made of heat-resistant materials having superior heat-resistant spalling characteristic by a method wherein specified heat-resistant ultra fine powders and deflocculant are added to compound having major specified heat-resistant aggregates, cast and molded or after drying they are baked together. CONSTITUTION:Alumina cement and portland cement of 0.2-10wt%, heat-resistant ultra fine powders of 0.5-30wt% with a size of less than 5mum, deflocculant of 2wt% or less are added to the compound of which degree of granular is adjusted and including molten silicate 50-100wt% and having major heat-resistant aggregates, they are cast, molded, dried or after dried they are baked. The heat-resistant aggregates other than molten silicate have alumina and/or alumina silicate heat-resistant materials added and as the ultrafine heat- resistant powders, one or more of silicate, alumina, chrome oxide and clay are added. In order to make a light weight incinerator body, light weight aggregates of 30wt% or less is contained in respect to a total volume of compound, and further in order to improve a plasticity of the incinerator body, an apparent 30wt% or less fibers are added in respect to a total volume of compound. Such a cast and molded body having as a major material molten silicate shows a superior plasticity and shows a lower thermal expansion as compared with that of the other heat-resistant materials, so that a heat-resistance spalling characteristic of the incinerator body can be improved.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a small-sized incinerator having an incinerator body with superior heat-resistant spalling characteristic by a method wherein mixtures having specified heat-resistant aggregate are casted and molded, dried or baked after drying. CONSTITUTION:Mixtures having as major constituent heat-resistant aggregates of which aggregate size is adjusted and having molten silicate of 50-100wt% are casted and molded, dried or baked after drying. As heat-resistant aggregate other than molten silicate, heat-resistant material of alumina and/or alumina silicate is added and in order to make a light weight incinerator body, an amount of light weight aggregate less than 30wt% is container in respect to a total amount of mixtures. Further, in order to improve plasticity of the body of incinerator, apparent volume of 30wt% or less of fiber is added in respect to a total amount of mixture. Such a cast molded product having molten silicate as its major constituent shows a superior plasticity and the molten silicate has a quite lower thermal expansion as compared with that of other heat- resistant materials, so that it can improve a heat-resistant spalling characteristics of the incinerator body.
