    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To substantially completely eliminate occurrence of a supercooling phenomenon even when an antifreezing apparatus on an indoor machine side is not operated by temporarily interrupting cooling operation by switching off an auxiliary power relay inserted into a power supply circuit of a compressor in an outdoor machine when refrigerant temperature is lower than set temperature. SOLUTION: When a refrigerant coil becomes a supercooled state during cooling operation, water is filled in a heating heat source machine, a warm water coil, and a warm water flow pipe and a warm water return pipe, so that there is a fear that water in the warm water coil is frozen. Therefore, when temperature detected by any of a refrigerant coil temperature detection sensor 11a and a warm water coil temperature detection sensor 12a becomes a set value or lower, an antifreezing apparatus is driven to instantaneously interrupt the operation of a compressor 14a in an outdoor machine 13. An auxiliary power relay 21 is provided in a power supply circuit 4 in series with a power relay 5, and when a refrigerant temperature detection sensors 13a, 13b detect temperature of the set value or lower, the auxiliary relay 21 is switched off with a complement safety circuit 20.

    • PURPOSE:To introduce waste heat from a cogeneration system into a hot-water supply system in a dwelling unit with a view to improvement in efficiency and reduction in running cost. CONSTITUTION:A heat exchanger 11 for recovering waste heat, to which waste heat from a fuel-cell cooling system is led, and a waste-heat recovery tank 12, into which city water is drawn, are provided in each condominium. On the side of a dwelling wit a hot-water heater 15 is provided in a system to charge it with city water, in which recovered waste heat is stored, from the waste-heat recovery tank 12, draw hot water from the hot-water heater 15, and convey it to a faucet 18. Use can also be made of a circulating circuit for water supply 22 in which city water, after storing recovered waste heat therein, is circulated; the city water is drawn into the hot-water heater 15 and drawn off as hot water. Thus this method enables effectively utilizing the waste heat and a considerable improvement can be achieved in the overall efficiency. The preheating of city water serves to reduce the running cost.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of a hot water supply system, and suppress the running cost from increasing by introducing the exhaust heat of a cogeneration system to the hot water supply system for a unit of residential building. CONSTITUTION:An exhaust heat recovery type hot water supply system is equipped with a hext-exchanger 11 for exhaust heat recovery, by which the exhaust heat of a fuel battery cooling system introduced for each residential building, exhaust heat recovery tank 12 for which city water is introduced, and heat source machine 15. In the meantime, a residence side heat-exchanger 18 is provided on a residence side, and the city water which has recovered exhaust heat from the previously mentioned exhaust heat recovery tank 12 is introduced to the residence side heat-exchanger 18. Then, a heat-exchange with hot water from a hot water circulation passage 17 is performed, and hot water is taken out and fed to a hot water supply faucet 20. Therefore, an effective utilization of exhaust heat becomes possible, and the comprehensive efficiency is greatly improved. Also, by pre-heating the city water, the running cost can be suppressed from increasing.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a solar system vertically to be installed on a veranda by horizontally disposing a heat collection pipe and superimposing it into multiple stages, connecting a water supply pipe with one end of a lowermost stage heat collection pipe, and connecting the opposite side with a next stage heat collection pipe using a connection piping and hereby connecting heat collection pipes in succession. SOLUTION: Heat collection pipes 10... are disposed on a vertical plane horizontally into multiple stages, and a water supply pipe 11 is connected with a one end 10a of a lowermost stage heat collection pipe 10 and a hot water effluent pipe 12 is connected with one end of an uppermost stage heat collection pipe 10b. The heat collection pipes 10... are connected through elbows (connection pipings) 13... in order from the lowermost stage and alternately left and right whereby the system is constructed such that from the water supply pipe 11 to the hot water effluent pipe 12 becomes a one-through flow passage. Such a tap water directly coupled solar system is installed on a frame of a veranda using a metal fitment, and warm water heat collected and heated there is supplied to a heat source machine and a bathtub or a kitchen through a hot water supply piping, etc., from the hot water effluent pipe 12.
