    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving module of power trunk capable of reducing a manual opening and closing actuation force by preventing a trunk door from being restrained by a driving motor when manually opening and closing the power trunk without using electric power.SOLUTION: The driving module of power trunk includes a first mid gear which receives transmission of power of the motor and is formed of a projection part on one surface, a second mid gear which is formed of a number of protrusions on the circumference of a circle on the inner side and a stopper located on the inner side of the second mid gear, wherein two support parts which can be joined to the projection part are formed on the stopper such that the projection part joins and pressurizes either one of the two support parts to project the support part to the outside by rotation movement in the clockwise direction or the counter clockwise direction of the first mid gear and one top end of the projected support part is caught by the protrusion of the second mid gear to transmit a rotation force of the first mid gear to the second mid gear.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method of setting the maximum opening angle of a powered tail gate for a vehicle, configured to decide the maximum opening angle of the tail gate 12 to an angle desired by a user, so that the ease of use by the user can be improved, and furthermore prevent the tail gate from being damaged.SOLUTION: The apparatus for setting a maximum opening angle of a powered tail gate for a vehicle, comprises: an actuator 20 operably connecting a vehicle body 11 and the tail gate 12 and has a motor 21 providing power to open and close the tail gate 12; a hall sensor 22 installed on the actuator 20 so as to detect both rotating direction and speed (RPM) of the motor 21; a memory switch 13 operated by a user so as to store information detected by the hall sensor 22 in a state in which the tail gate 12 is open.
