摘要： PURPOSE: A sliding armrest for vehicles is provided to enhance operability for sliding by smooth elastic locking of a tension spring and a locking plate and reduce noises caused by vibration. CONSTITUTION: A sliding armrest for vehicles comprises an armrest lower cover(110), a sliding rail(120), a sliding guide(130), and an armrest upper cover. The armrest lower cover opens and closes a containing part of a console box. The sliding rail is installed in the upper of the arm rest lower cover. The sliding guide is joined to the sliding rail and slid along. An elastic member of the sliding guide elastically pressurizes a locking plate(150) of the sliding rail. The sliding guide is installed in the lower part of the armrest upper cover to move the armrest upper cover front and back in the upper part of the armrest lower cover.
