摘要： The present invention relates to a multi fuel injection device for a diesel engine, which multiply configures a plunger provided in a fuel pump to inject fuel in different injection patterns so as to obtain maximally complete combustion. The multi fuel injection device for a diesel engine according to the present invention is configured with a fuel injection pump for injecting fuel into the combustion chambers of each cylinder via an injector. The fuel injection pump comprises: a housing; a main plunger rising and descending within the housing to inject a main fuel admitted through a main fuel inlet through a main fuel outlet; and a sub-plunger provided in the housing to rise and descend according to the rising and descending of the main plunger, and operate simultaneously with the main plunger to form different injection patterns by admitting sub-fuel through a sub-fuel inlet and injecting the sub-fuel through a sub-fuel outlet, in order to improve a diesel engine's performance.

摘要： PURPOSE: A double fuel injection valve for a gas engine and a diesel engine with a pumping nozzle is provided to reduce harmful gas in a combustion chamber and enhance fuel efficiency since two kinds of fuel are not mixed and are sequentially injected to the combustion chamber. CONSTITUTION: A double fuel injection valve for a gas engine and a diesel engine with a pumping nozzle comprises a fuel valve block(110), a cylinder and needle valve(506), and a main needle valve(143). A flow path is formed in the fuel valve block. Primary and secondary fuel of the same or different kinds of fuel is injected to the flow path through a high-pressure pipe. The cylinder and needle valve rises depending on the difference in pressure of the secondary fuel injected through the flow path of the fuel valve block to inject the primary fuel through a pilot nozzle hole(160). The main needle valve presses the cylinder and needle valve.

摘要： The present invention relates to a fuel injection pump having a variable pressure chamber which can adjust a fuel injection timing according to each engine load with a simple structure and a lower manufacture cost compared to the conventional injection pump without a separate apparatus for moving a barrel as well as not modifying a shape of a plunger. The fuel injection pump having the variable pressure chamber further includes a pressure adjustment means including a contact plug of which lower portion is inserted and installed in the upper cover; a cylinder of which lower portion is inserted and installed in the contact plug and having the variable pressure chamber formed inside thereof; a main fuel pressing hole formed in the upper cover and the barrel to connect the variable pressure chamber of the cylinder and a plunger insertion hole of the barrel; a piston installed in the variable pressure chamber of the cylinder to enable an upward and downward sliding motion thereof; and a manual pressure adjustment unit installed on an upper portion of the cylinder to enable a vertical height adjustment to elastically support the upper portion of the piston.

摘要： The present invention relates to a dual fuel injection valve having a pumping nozzle for a diesel engine and a gas engine, and an objective of the present invention is to provide a fuel injection valve in which, by using two kinds of fuel entering into a fuel valve, a warming up and injection of pilot fuel may be performed in an initial injection and injection of main fuel may be performed subsequently such that subsequent dual fuel is used for combustion, thereby increasing fuel injection performance. In a fuel injection valve for a diesel engine or a gas engine for injecting fuel to a cylinder, provided is a dual fuel injection valve having a pumping nozzle for the diesel engine and the gas engine including: the dual fuel injection valve including a fuel valve block (110) in which a fuel passage to which first and secondary fuel is introduced through a high pressure pipe is formed inside thereof, the first and secondary fuel being the same fuel system or different fuel systems; a cylinder/needle valve (506) which moves upward by a pressure difference of the secondary fuel introduced through the fuel passage formed in the fuel valve block (110) to inject the primary fuel to a pilot nozzle hole; and a main needle valve (143) which, after injecting the primary fuel by pressing the cylinder/needle valve (506), moves upward by the pressure difference of the secondary fuel introduced through a connected fuel passage to inject the primary fuel to a main nozzle hole (161).
