摘要： The present disclosure relates to network slicing, in particular, in 5G networks systems. The disclosure is concerned with network slice enablement for (vertical) applications. Thus, an entity for inter-operation between a network system and at least one application is provided. In the method, a user plane function network element may perform transmission through an established unicast user plane connection, and does not need to additionally establish a multicast user plane connection, to reduce a data transmission delay, and when sending data of a first service to an access network device, the user plane function network element sends only the data that is of the first service and that is carried in one data flow, to improve use efficiency of resources on a core network side. In addition, this can reduce signaling interaction, and further reduce a delay.
