摘要： The embodiment of the invention discloses a base station, a mobile station and a method thereof. The transmitting method for a base station equipped with multiple polarized transmission points includes: selecting, for a first group of mobile stations, a first cluster of transmission points from the multiple polarized transmission points to maximize an objective function representative of a network overall performance, the first group of mobile stations being one of multiple groups of mobile stations which are divided according to polarization and/or path-loss; and transmitting data to the first group of mobile stations through the first cluster of transmission points. The invention select appropriate transmission points to maximize an objective function representative of a network overall performance for serving mobile stations with similar polarization or path-loss.

摘要： The embodiment of the invention discloses a base station, a mobile station and a method thereof. The communication method for a mobile station which is served by a base station having at least one transmission point each equipped with multiple transmit antennas includes determining a best subset of transmit antennas for each transmission point which is selected, based on channel gains, among the multiple transmit antennas of the transmission point; and reporting to the base station quantized channel state information CSI for the transmit antennas in the best subset. The embodiments of the invention can reduce the feedback overhead.
