摘要： PURPOSE:To efficiently test two types of cars within a space far a single car without moving a dynamo body by placing the drive wheel of cars on the periphery surface of chassis roller and then rotating forward or backward the chassis roller depending on front or rear wheel drive cars. CONSTITUTION:A front wheel drive car 12 is allowed to enter a test room 2 in the forward direction, and a rear wheel drive car in the backward direction. At this time, an engine cooling fan 15 is moved to the front of an engine. A dynamo body 9 consisting of a chassis roller 1, its base 3 and a frame 4 which holds it, is fixed regardless of car's advancing direction. At testing, non-drive wheel 16 or 17 is engaged with a stopper, and far a front wheel drive car, the roller is rotated in the forward direction D, and for a rear wheel drive car, in the backward direction E. By this, space saving for the test room 2, sharing of test equipments and omission of a dynamo body moving mechanism are attained for reducing the cost.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for measuring engine exhaust gases capable of performing desired measurements on the gases of an extremely low concentration level, by reliably purging all parts in contact with the gases including micro-gaps between component members of a sample line, micro-holes in the materials of the component members, etc. SOLUTION: The apparatus for measuring the engine exhaust gases is provided with the sample line 9 for introducing the gases G used for engine exhaust gas measurements to a gas analyzing part 39. The sample line 9 is provided with a line opening/closing means, and a vacuum pump 31 is connected to the sample line 9. Air is evacuated from the sample line 9 by the vacuum pump 31 to purge the sample line 9 by a vacuum.
