摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate the outside scattering of the dusts formed during the grinding work by sucking all the dusts by installing a cylindrical wire brush in rotatable ways in a housing so as to project a little from a dust collecting squeezer. CONSTITUTION:When a motor 5 is revolved, attaching the edge surfaces 19-21 of a dust collecting squeezer 18 onto a polished surface, a wire brush 2 inside a housing 1 revolves at a high speed and polishes the polished surface. In this case, the wire brush 2 projects a little from the edge surface of the dust collecting squeezer 18. Therefore, independently of the magnitude of the force for pressing the machine, the old coating film and rust can be polishing removed in a prescribed thickness by the wire brush 2 in revolution. The outside scattering of the dusts formed by this polishing is prevented by the dust collecting squeezer 18 installed on the other side part of the housing 1, and all the dusts can be absorbed into a dust collector. Further, the polishing thickness of a polished surface 23 is adjusted by shifting the undersurface of the squeezer 18 by raising and lowering a front roller 24 by the operation of a pressure adjusting knob 26.

摘要： PURPOSE: To surely shut off discharging of water for fire extinguishment even in the case a fire extinguisher is destroyed by holding a valve device in the state of pressing the valve device to open by the pressure of the pressurized water from an introducing pipe in the normal time and releasing the pressurized water via a pressure releasing plug from a pressure releasing pipe and putting a shut-off valve into a closed state by a spring pressure in the even of emergency. CONSTITUTION: The pressure releasing pipe 32 which drops the internal water pressure by releasing the pressurized water in a cylinder section 30 is connected to the cylinder section 30. The connecting part of the pressure releasing pipe 32 and the cylinder section 30 is formed of a secure pipe material and the part near a fire extinguisher is formed of a pipe material which is a easily breakable and relatively weak material by the impact force. The pressure releasing pipe 32 is provided with a pressure releasing plug in an extinguisher housing box 7. The water pressure in the cylinder 30 drops and a valve piston 28 is slid and moved by the spring pressure of the spring 29 when the pressure releasing valve is released. A valve seat 24 is then pressed to an open water path 21 and a valve packing 25 is attracted to an opening cap 22, by which the valve device is closed and the water flow in a branch pipe 2 is shut off. The supply of the water flow to the fire extinguisher side is thus shut off.

Then, when a truck A, which suspends a loading case 12, is lifted up and down with a lift means, such as a rope 15 and a winder 16 since four attracting wheels (e) are placed in constant contact with a steel-made wall surface, the truck A moves along the steel-made surface (c) without being separated from the steel-made wall surface. If the direction of the attracting wheels is controlled by means of a steering device 11, it is possible to change the advancing direction of the gondola or adjust the slope of the gondola on both ways.
