The pair of plates 121, 122 comprises concave parts 121a, 122a for pressing the body 110, and convex parts 121b, 122b for forming the clearance between the bodies 110. The parts 121b, 122b are terminated at the periphery part of the plates 121, 122. This forms the clearance between the body 110 and the plates 121, 122. The clearance is an entering port of the elecrolyte solution.
