摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering wheel structure including an airbag module capable of protecting a spring element of a dynamic damper from being damaged, improving the assembling work efficiency to attain an advancement in productivity, and further precisely fixing the position of the spring element to suitably damp down vibration.SOLUTION: A steering wheel structure includes: an airbag module; and a spring unit 12 provided in a space up to a steering wheel for transmitting the vibration of the steering wheel to the airbag module to constitute a dynamic damper. The spring unit includes: an elastic body 17 for transmitting vibration; a protector (a shell piece 23) mounted to the airbag module and storing the elastic body to be elastically deformable in the interior; and a cutout part 20 and a regulating projecting part 28 which are provided between the protector and the elastic body to thereby regulate the rotation of the elastic body in the interior of the protector.

The spring unit includes an elastic body 17 for transmitting the vibration, a synthetic resin-made outer shell 21 which is provided surrounding the periphery of the elastic body while supporting one end of the elastic body, and attached to a horn plate, a synthetic resin-made inner slider 22 which is slidably provided on the outer shell while supporting the other end of the elastic body, and first and second stopper parts 42, 43 which are provided between the inner slider and the outer shell to regulate the compressive deformation of the elastic body.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which may reduce vibrations caused by an air bag module despite its simple and compact structure.SOLUTION: The invention is applied to a steering wheel which stores an air bag module including: an air bag which may be inflated and expanded in a bag form; an inflator which generates an expansion gas to be supplied to the air bag; and a housing which stores the air bag and the inflator. A positioning pin is provided at the housing and the pin is arranged so as to penetrate through an opening formed at a cored bar of the steering wheel. The pin and the cored bar are aligned with each other through an elastic member.
