    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering wheel structure having an airbag module capable of protecting a spring element so that the spring element of a dynamic damper is not damaged, enhancing the productivity by improving the assembly work efficiency, and improving the durability of the spring element.SOLUTION: The steering wheel structure includes a spring unit 12 which is provided between an airbag housing 10 and a horn bracket 3 to constitute a dynamic damper by transmitting the vibration of a steering wheel to an airbag module. The spring unit includes an elastic body 17 for transmitting the vibration, a synthetic resin-made outer shell 21 which is provided surrounding the periphery of the elastic body while supporting one end of the elastic body, and attached to a horn plate, a synthetic resin-made inner slider 22 which is slidably provided on the outer shell while supporting the other end of the elastic body, and first and second stopper parts 42, 43 which are provided between the inner slider and the outer shell to regulate the compressive deformation of the elastic body.
