    • A frame for a child's or doll's pushchair having two armrest frames (2) which are connected to one another by bolts (4) which form the base of the frame and which lie laterally one opposite the other, and having a backrest frame (6) and a foot support frame is described, the backrest frame (6) and the foot support frame being swivellable onto the lateral armrest frame (2) and being lockable with respect to the base of the frame in various angular positions. In order to lock the backrest frame (6), a catch plate (8) is mounted on each armrest frame (2), the said catch plates (8) being connected by means of an axle (10) about which the backrest frame (6) can be swivelled. Each of the two catch plates (8) has a number of recesses (12) which are arranged concentrically with respect to the axle (10) and into which counter-catch elements (14) which are parallel to the axle (10) can be engaged in order to lock the backrest frame (6). The counter-catch elements (14) are attached to the axle (10) and the axle (10) is constructed so as to be laterally displaceable in its longitudinal direction between two limit positions.

    • A description is given of a spacing device (36) for preventing direct contact between an end portion (34) of a first frame element (20) of a pram frame (12) and a second frame element (22) of the pram frame (12), which second frame element is connected pivotably to the first frame element (20). The spacing device (36) has a first bearing surface (38) bearing against the end portion (34) of the first frame element (20) and a second bearing surface (40), facing away from the first bearing surface (38), for the second frame element (22). Provided on that end portion of the spacing device (36) which faces the end of the first frame element (20) is a cap element (42) which is designed in one piece on the spacing device (36) and protrudes over the first bearing surface (38). The cap element (42) is fixed on the end portion (34) of the first frame element (20). The one-piece design of the spacing device (36) with the bearing surfaces (38, 40) and with the cap element (42) not only safeguards the two frame elements (20, 22) against inadvertently making contact with each other but also, at the same time, seals off the one frame element (20).

    • A description is given of a pushchair frame with a suspension device (36) provided for a wheel axle (42) and arranged between a frame element (10) of the pushchair frame and a pivoting arm (18). The pivoting arm (18) is mounted on the frame element (10) of the pushchair frame in a manner such that it can pivot about a spindle (16) which is aligned parallel to the wheel axle (42). In the region between the spindle (16) and the wheel axle (42), the pivoting arm (18) has two cross-arms (20) pointing in opposite directions, each cross-arm (20) being constructed with a holding part (22) at its outer end. Arranged between the two holding parts (22), projecting away in the same direction from the pivoting arm (18), and the associated frame element (10) of the pushchair frame is a spring element (36) which can be subjected to compression. By virtue of this design of the pushchair frame, between the wheel axle (42) and the frame element (10) of the pushchair frame it is possible for a reciprocating movement about the spindle (16) to take place, which movement is resiliently damped by the two compression spring elements.
