CONSTITUTION:When the load moves, a gain switching decision part 9 sets the gain of a gain switching part 7 to '1' and the multiplication coefficient of a speed feedback switching part 8 to a specific value, and normal control is performed. When the load stops, the gain switching decision part 9 switches the gain of the gain switching part 7 and the multiplication coefficient of the speed feedback switching part 8 to specific lower values (or '0'). The same processing is performed to the next segment during the drawing of this segment and the final speed is set as the initial speed of the next segment. By this constitution, the first and next segments are continuously drawn without stopping a plotter.
