摘要： A pipe joint comprising a pressing nut into which a flexible pipe is inserted, a joint body into which the pressing nut is partially inserted, a resilient means unlocked when pushed by a tip end of the flexible pipe, a sealing member, a retainer engaging the flexible pipe, and an engaging mechanism keeping the pressing nut at a predetermined position in the joint body; the engaging mechanism comprising a stop ring, an annular groove formed on an outer surface of the pressing nut for receiving the stop ring, pluralities of engaging grooves formed on an inner surface of the joint body for receiving the stop ring and communicating with each other; the stop ring engaging both of the annular groove and the first engaging groove before the connection of the flexible pipe is completed; and when the flexible pipe is pulled after completing the connection, the stop ring moving from the first engaging groove to the second engaging groove to draw the pressing nut from the joint body, so that the normal connection of the flexible pipe can be confirmed.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overflow preventing valve which allows valve opening/closing operation from the outside even if pressure difference inside a pipe cannot lead to valve closing action due to tiny leakage on a secondary side.
SOLUTION: The overflow preventing valve cuts off passage of fluid by abutment of a valve element onto a valve seat when the downstream side pressure inside a pipe drops. During normal circulation, a spherical valve element 60 is biased by a coil spring 70 in a direction separating from the valve seat 43, and retained by a supporting member 52. When carrying out the maintenance due to occurrence of tiny leakage on a secondary side, the valve closing operation is manually executed. By using magnetic force generated by a ring-shaped external magnetic circuit member 8 slidably provided in the outside of the valve and an internal magnetic circuit member 6 provided to the inside of the spherical valve element 60, the spherical valve element 60 is seated on the valve seat 43 against the biasing force of the coil spring 70 to perform the valve closing operation.

The nut member is formed with a fallout preventing taper surface 60 which deforms the retainer member in a diametrically contracting direction when a force is exerted to the bellows pipe in a drawing direction. On the other hand, a ring groove 23 is dug on the outer periphery of a retainer case 18 in a radially inner direction. An inner periphery portion of a stop ring 24 is fitted in the ring 23. Firstly, a retainer 17 is inserted into a corrugated tube T, then the retainer 17 is mounted on the retainer case 18. Further, when the corrugated tube T and the like are inserted into the joint body 10, the outer periphery of the stop ring 24 is fitted into the ring groove 12, prohibiting the retainer case 18 from being disassembled.

SOLUTION: The corrugate pipe joint 10 comprises a joint body 11 having a connection part to other pipes and an inner hole in which an end of a corrugate pipe is inserted and two-split retainers 13. Halves of the two-split retainers 13 are connected to each other at a hinge part. The retainers 13 can be opened with the hinge part as a supporting point. After the retainers 13 are opened, one half claw 13f of the retainers is inserted in an annular recessed part on the outer surface of a corrugate tube T. Then, the retainers 13 are closed, the other half claw 13f is inserted in the annular recessed part, and the retainers 13 are fixed to the joint body 11 to connect the joint to the corrugate tube T. Any complicated mechanism to allow the retainers to operate and an annular projecting part of the corrugate tube to pass can be dispensed with, and the structure of the joint can be simplified.
