SOLUTION: A system is provided with a tilt angle sensor 55 in which a voltage value applied to a variable resistor indicates an angle of a monitor panel 10, a RAM 23 which memorize a voltage value of each state indicated by the tilt angle sensor in every time for the monitor panel becoming fully open state or fully closed state, a CPU 21 which calculates a sensor voltage value corresponding to the target tilt angle based on the voltage values of the fully open state and the fully closed state memorized in the RAM, and a tilt controller 24 which operates a tile mechanism 50 for the voltage value of the tilt angle sensor becoming the sensor voltage value calculated by the CPU when the target angle is requested by operation of a tilt button 12.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately identify the identification signals of a broadcasting system, even when a reception level fluctuates accompanying movement by deciding the presence/absence of the identification signals based on the periodicity of the identification signals for a prescribed period in the past, regardless of the identified result of the identification signals. SOLUTION: The identification signals are extracted by masking video signals by synchronizing signals generated by a synchronization separation part 11 and a synchronization stabilization part 12 and amplified corresponding to AGC voltage signals from an AGC circuit 5 in a signal amplification part 15. The amplified signals are outputted to an identification circuit 8 for identifying the signals for indicating the system of television broadcasting and a periodicity decision circuit 16. The periodicity decision circuit 16 holds the identification signals for prescribed field periods in the past at all times and decides the periodicity of the identification signals. By changing the decision threshold level corresponding to the output voltage of the AGC circuit 5, the identification signals are accurately identified. An omission allowing circuit 17 decides the final presence/absence of the identification signals, based on the judged result of the periodicity decision circuit 16 regardless of the identified result of the identification circuit 8.

When the operator touches all the cross marks, the voltage correction value Ch in the X axial direction of a touch area and the voltage correction value Cv in the Y axial direction are operated, and operated correction values Ch and Cv are stored in an EEPROM 12. Hereinafter. the CPU 11 detects a touched coordinate position by reading out the voltage correction values Ch, Cv from the EEPROM 12 when the operator touches the touch area. In this way, it is possible to correct the influence of dislocation generated when the touch panel is mounted in front of a liquid crystal panel, etc., with high precision.
