    • PURPOSE:To reduce the pressure loss of an insulating pipe and lessen the loss of accessories after decreasing the head of the pump by causing an insulating pipe which is connected to an end part of a cooling panel to have a smooth inner face and an end or both ends of it to be equipped with an insulating tube consisting of a corrugated tube. CONSTITUTION:The construction of an insulating pipe 11 is made with an insulating tube 11a having a large wall thickness in which its inner face is smooth and one end side of the above insulating tube or both ends of it is equipped with a corrugated tube 11b having a thin wall thickness. Connection to a cooling duct is performed in such a way that a flange fitting 17 which is bonded to an end part of the pipe 11 is clamped to a nozzle 16 of a cooling duct end part with a nut 18. As the pipe 11 is composed of the insulating tube 11a and the corrugated tube 11b, a required strength for outside pressure is fully secured. Since a part of the pipe 11 is made by the corrugated tube, it holds flexibility and then it is mounted and assembled easily. The inner part of the insulating tube 11a having the thick wall thickness which occupies about 90% of the total length of the insulating pipe is so smooth that its friction factor of the inner part of the pipe becomes about 1/10 in comparison with a case where the tube is constructed only by the corrugated tube and even a pressure loss becomes about 1/10.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the shortening of the life of a vaccum valve and to provide a transformer having a highly reliable rotary sealing part by housing a switch into a switch chamber which is separated from a transformer main body includ ing a tap selector, and providing a structure wherein high pressure is not loaded on the switch itself. CONSTITUTION:High pressure insulating gas 5a is sealed in a tank 6b of a transformer main body 110. A main body 4 of the center of the transformer and a tap selector 3 of an on-load tap changer are housed in the main body 110. Low pressure insulating gas 5b is sealed in a switch chamber 120. A switch 1 of the on-load tap changer is housed in the chamber. The tank 6b of the transformer and the switch chamber 120 are separated with an insulating barrier 130 in an airtight manner. When the switch 1 and the tap selector 3 are separat ed in this way, the pressure of the insulating gas on the side of the switch 1 can be made low. In this constitution, the life of a vaccum valve which opens and closes the current in the switch can be made long. There is no difference between the inner and outer pressures at the sealing part. The number of shaft rotations can be made small, and sealing performance can be improved.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a highly reliable foil-wound transformer without insulation problem by arranging a magnetic shield comprising copper or aluminum and a cooling panel at the outermost part of a winding. CONSTITUTION:Metal sheets 2 and an insulating sheet 3 are overlapped around an insulating tube 16, and winding 5 is formed. An electric-field relaxing shield 15 comprising nonmagnetic steel, a magnetic shield 18 comprising copper or aluminum and a cooling panel 6 are attached to the outside part of the winding 5. Therefore, leaking magnetic flux is repelled with the magnetic shield 18, and the loss at the end part of the winding is decreased. Therefore, the cooling panel 6 for the winding 5 can be arranged at a position separated from the outside of the winding 5. An insulating distance D between a liquid guiding nozzle 17 directed to the cooling panel 6 and the electric field relaxing shield 15 can be sufficiently secured. In this constitution, the loss at the winding is decreased, the cooling panel can be arranged at the position separated from the outer diameter of the winding and the highly reliable foil-wound transformer from the standpoint of insulation can be obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a lead wire characterized by low loss at a lead part and flexibility by providing a metal sheet which is connected to a copper sheet of a lead part, and providing an insulating sheet which is overlapped on said metal sheet and wound around an iron core. CONSTITUTION:A copper sheet 3 has the same length as the width of a metal sheet 1 or the length shorter than said width. A part of a strand insulated cable 2 where the insulating layer is removed is brazed to the copper sheet 3. Thus a lead part is obtained. Then, the end part of the copper sheet 3 at the lead part is connected to the end part of the metal sheet by pressure welding or welding. Since the strand insulated cable 2 and the copper sheet 3 are securely connected by the welding, the reliability of the conductor connecting part is improved. Since the strand insulated cable 2 has flexibility, excessive force is hard to be applied to the bonding part between a winding and the lead wire. In this constitution, eddy current loss at the lead wire is less, and a foil wound transformer having the lead wire structure characterized by flexibility is obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To enable accurate detection of a moving target, by a method wherein the entire screen is divided into numerous pixels and a signal is sent out when the brightness of a pixel to be newly inputted changes with respect to the brightness of the pixels at the positions thereof already stored. CONSTITUTION:A video output signal 17 sent from a TV camera 2 is applied to a video/synchronous signal separation circuit 20 to be separated into an image signal 18 and a synchronous signal 19, which are sent out to an A/D conversion circuit 26 separately. A synchronous signal control circuit 26 sends numerous division synchronous signals 39 synchronized with the signal 19 to a level memory circuit 22, a counter circuit 28, a sensor memory circuit 34 and a moving object memory circuit 35 to divide a TV screen into numerous sections. On the other hand, the signal 18 is stored into the memory circuit 22 synchronizing the signal 39 while the circuit 22 sends the contents stored immediately before to a subtraction circuit 23, which subtracts a signal newly fed from the preceding contents and sends out an error signal to a comparator circuit 24. The circuit 24 sends an output signal to an OR circuit 27 when an input signal is larger than a reference signal to operate an alarm circuit 30.
