摘要： PURPOSE:To weld cap members accurately to the main body of a casing, wherein a sensor tube is contained, and to separate the cap members readily from the main body of the casing. CONSTITUTION:A mass flowmeter 1 is formed by inserting a pipe line 3, wherein fluid to be measured passes, in a tightly sealed casing 2. The casing 2 comprises a cylindrical casing main body 13 and disk-shaped cap members 14 and 15, which are coupled with both end openings 13a and 13b of the casing main body 13 so as to close the openings. A containing chamber 16 in the casing 2 has a tightly sealed structure, whose inside is closed with the cap members 14 and 15. The condensation of dew on the surface of the pipe line 3 is prevented. Protruding parts 13c and 13d forming the openings 13a and 13b protrude in the axial direction at both ends of the casing main body 13. The protruding parts 13c and 13d are thinner than the casing main body 13 and can be readily cut in the inspection or in repairing.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to stably position the insert position of a gear part with respect to a mold, by providing a shaft to the leading end of the gear part of a rotor in a protruded state. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 9 has a bearing hole 9b at the central position of the bottom surface 9a thereof and the rotary shaft 5 inserted in the hole 3b of a casing main body 3 under pressure is engaged with said bearing hole 9b. The rotor 9 further has the shaft part 9d inserted through the piercing hole 7a of the lid body 7 upwardly protruded from the upper part 9c thereof and the shaft 9f upwardly protruded from the shaft part 9d. By this mechanism, when a metal gear part 9e is formed to the rotor 9 made of a synthetic resin by insert molding and inserted in the mold for molding the rotor, the insert position of the gear part 9e to the mold can be stably determined by engaging the shaft 9f protruded from the gear part 9e with the mold.
