    • PURPOSE:To attain the transmitted mode transmission by applying bit string adding conversion to data on one side transmission system, transmitting as the data even on the other side transmission system and obtaining the necessary data by reverse conversion at a receiving side. CONSTITUTION:At the time of the data transmission between a host 1 transmitting by a non-transmitted mode and a host 2 transmitting by a transmitted mode, a procedure converting device 3 is provided between hosts 1 and 2. the data from the host 2 are first received by the device 3 and by 3 byte 4 byte conversion, the transmitted mode data are converted to the data of the non- transmitted mode. Further, by the procedure in which the transmitted mode transmission is not supported, the transmission is transmitted to the host 1, the received data are converted from 4 byte/3 byte at the host 1, converted to original transmitted data, and by the conversion reverse to the time of receiving, the data are transmitted to the host 2.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of modification of the program of an existing center by adding an information processor between a terminal and the center, and supporting an adding function and a changing function in this information processor. CONSTITUTION:Between a terminal 1 and an existing computer system 5, an information processor 4 is added, and on the added information processor 4, a work program group 7 is constructed, and the function is added to a center side work program to change its function. That is, a telegraphic message inputted from the terminal 1 is received by the added information processor 4, information in the added information processor 4 is updated, and also, a response of updating completion is returned to the terminal 1 side, and moreover, this updating information is accumulated. Thereafter, the updating information is read out, converted to a telegraphic message format conforming to a protocol between the conventional terminal 1 and the existing center 5, and transmitted to the existing center. Accordingly, on the existing center 5 side, it is unnecessary to execute a processing which is aware of the telegraphic message from the added information processor 4. In such a way, modification of the program of the existing center 5 side is made unnecessary.

    • PURPOSE:To quickly and efficiently execute the processes from the measurement of radioactive rays to the output of a radiation control record with high reliability. CONSTITUTION:A radiation measuring unit 1 is constituted of a radiation measurement section 2, a bar code reading device 4, and a memory section 5 recording on an IC card 6, a processing system 16 is constituted of the drawing registering device 10 of a drawing 9 used for a radiation control record, a processing device 8 processing the drawing 9 and the measured data, a bar code printer 14, and a printer 11 outputting the radiation data and a dose equivalence ratio distribution diagram respectively, the measurement position of the radiation control record on the drawing 9 is determined in advance, it is output-converted in a bar code 15, and the generated bar code 15 is stuck at the actual measurement position in advance. The measurement position data are fed to the bar code 15 by the radiation measuring unit 1 and recorded in a memory medium together with radiation measurement values such as the dose equivalence ratio. The measurement position data are collated with the measurement position in the radiation control record of the registered drawing 9 by the processing device 8 based on the bar code information of the memory medium, and the necessary radiation control record is generated.
