摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain image plane defect and the increase of dark current, afterimage, etc., which are liable to be generated especially when an electric field so high is applied that avalanche multiplication is generated inside a photoconductive film, and realize high sensitivity and high quality picture image in an image sensing element. SOLUTION: A photoconductive film 1 of an image sensing device is constituted of the following; charge injection layers 12, 13 having injection type contact, charge capturing layers 14, 15 for forming space charge by capturing injected charges, and a photoelectric conversion layer 11 for converting light incident on single charges to signal charge.

SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion film 103 which generates photoelectric charges and multiplies them and a transparent electrode film 104 are formed above a semiconductor integrated circuit board 101 for scanning wherein scanning elements which transfer photoelectric charges are integrated. A lead wire 105 for applying a voltage to the transparent electrode film is connected with the transparent electrode film in the outside 107 of an effective photoelectric conversion region. The outside 107 of the effective photoelectric conversion region is made to have a high withstand voltage, in order not to be broken down when an avalanche break down voltage is applied to the photoelectric conversion film of the effective photoelectric conversion region 106.

The target electrode 3 is made through evaporative attachment of N-type crystalline Si or one of the Al, Mo, W, Ta, Cr. A peripheral potential control electrode of N-type Si separated electrically from the target electrode is furnished on that surface of target electrode peripheral zone which is in contact with the photoconductive film, or otherwise, the photoconductive film is prepared as an amorphous semiconductor layer which chiefly contains Se at least partially.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a good connecting characteristic with a simple constitution and production method by inserting porous semiconductor layers in connecting surfaces between two or more electronic devices, pressing together and electronically connecting the electronic devices. CONSTITUTION:A porous or corpuscular semiconductor layer 105 is formed on a first electronic device part 101 and a first electrode 102 formed on the surface of it. A second electronic device part 103 and a second electrode 104 on the surface of it are formed separately. The first electronic device part 101 and the second electronic device part 103 with the semiconductor layer 105 inserted between them are press adhered with an external pressure and electrically connected. Concerning the connection, when the connecting surfaces of the electronic device parts are rugged, the semiconductor layer 105 absorb the ruggedness of the surfaces by conforming to the form of the ruggedness of the surfaces by the pressure and good and uniform electric contacts are obtained over all area. Therefore when a large electric field is impressed between the electronic devices, concentration of electric field in the connecting surface is prevented.

CONSTITUTION:On an X-ray permeable face plate 1, a surface flatting layer 2 which consists of the first surface flatting layer 201 and the second surface flatting layer 202, consisting of an amorphous material, is provided. As the material to compose the first layer 201, a material with the glass transition point higher than that of the material of the second layer 202 is used, and the second layer is formed on the first layer at the temperature scope higher than the glass transition point of the material to compose the second layer, and lower than the glass transition point of the material to compose the first layer. Consequently, when the second layer is heated and vapor deposited, or the second layer is heat-treated after the vapor deposition, a chemical combining force is operated between the first layer and the second layer, and an islanding of the second layer by the condensation force of the second layer itself can be prevented, and a high accuracy of flatted surface can be obtained.
