    • PURPOSE:To reduce the dependency upon a power source voltage variation of an output voltage without being influenced on an amplification factor by making an input transistor let a current corresponding to an input voltage flow from a coupling node with a load element, and further, letting the current corresponding to the change of the power source voltage flow from said coupling node by the action of a second current source. CONSTITUTION:The second current source BCS causes a current change corresponding to the change of the power source voltage Vcc between the coupling node ND and a second power source terminal VEE, and generates a potential difference, scarecely dependent upon the change of the power source voltage Vcc, at both ends of a load resistance RL. Then, it lets the current Ibias having a tendency to cancel the voltage difference variation of both ends of the load resistance RL according to the variation of the power source voltage Vcc flow. Namely, it the power source voltage Vcc is raised or lowered higher/lower than a reference potential, the current Ibias is increased or decreased by a portion necessitated to cancel the rise portion of the drop portion of the output voltage Vout according to the change of the power source voltage Vcc. Accordingly, the dependency upon the power source voltage variation of the output voltage is lowered without being influenced upon the amplification factor.

    • PURPOSE:To suppress an input direct current voltage to be lowered by a leaked current and to reduce phase error by constituting a phase locked loop circuit by providing a comparison control part to execute input direct current voltage control in one period of a long period signal by plural times. CONSTITUTION:A phase comparison control part 36 controls an input direct current voltage 31 of a voltage control oscillator(VCO) 28 in one period of the long period signal by the plural times. An output signal 40 of the phase comparison control part 36 becomes a pulse signal synchronous with the rise timing of a short period signal and the both rise and fall timing of the long period signal and the period is almost fixed. Such a pulse signal is inputted to a D latch circuit 22 as the output signal 40 of the comparison control part 36. Thus, even when the long period signal is inputted, the input direct current voltage 31 is controlled at the same short intervals as the case of the short period signal. As a result, the phase error caused by the leaked current of the phase looked loop circuit is reduced less than the conventional circuit.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize both a bandwidth and a dynamic range which are difficult to realize in low power voltage.
      SOLUTION: The circuit has a current voltage conversion circuit 10 which receives an output current signal of an optical current conversion circuit (PD) which receives an optical signal, converts it to a voltage signal, and makes it easy to set operation voltage in the circuit using resisters as a current source in a differential circuit 50 used in the poststage. Reference potential used as another input of the differential circuit 50 is composed to be created from an output voltage signal of the current voltage conversion circuit 10 by a circuit 60, so as to avoid asymmetric influence of an output waveform of the differential circuit 50 by the method.
