摘要： PURPOSE:To shorten etching time and to efficiently carry out local etching, by using an aqueous solution of ferric chloride as an etchant at the time of supplying an etchant to the desired position on a printed circuit board to apply laser beam irradiation to the position. CONSTITUTION:When a copper pattern 2 provided on a printed circuit board 1 has a short-circuit defect 3 shown by a broken line, a droplet 4 of an aqueous solution of FeCl2 (about 37% concentration) as an etchant is supplied to the part to be removed. Simultaneously, the circuit board 1 is moved while applying a YAG laser beam 5 to the above part to carry out etching. At this time, as to the above YAG laser beam 5, pulse duration and pulse intensity are regulated to several tens-100-odd ms and 10 -10 w/cm , respectively, and the frequency of laser generation is also regulated to several P.P.S per mu/s scanning speed. By this method, soil due to etchants in the area outside the part to be etched can be prevented.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent other site from being contaminated with working liquid and to accurately work only a micro fabrication part, by locally feeding the working liquid to the part and applying laser beams on the part while sealing this working liquid with other fluid. CONSTITUTION:A feed part 14 of working liquid is filled by feeding the working liquid through an introduction pipe 10 thereof provided to a locally-working cell and continuously brought into contact with a micro fabrication part. The working liquid is rounded to a suction part 15 thereof from the lower part of a first cone 1 and sucked through a suction pipe 11 of working liquid. On the other hand, fluid such as air is allowed to flow through an introduction pipe 12 of liquid for sealing, and a feed part 16 thereof is filled and thereby the flow of working liquid through the lower part of a second cone 2 is sealed. This fluid for sealing is rounded through the lower part of a third cone 3 and sucked through a suction pipe 13 of fluid for sealing. In this state, laser beams are vertically applied toward the fine part to be worked from the upper part of the locally-working cell and passed through a cover plate 5 and the working liquid and converged on the micro fabrication part and working such as plating or etching is performed.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground system for a moving electrode type electrostatic precipitator which is free of a cost increase by an increase of parts and is made of a maintenance-free grounding structure. SOLUTION: This moving electrode type electrostatic precipitator scrapes dust by means of brushes while dust collection electrodes move. The moving electrode type electrostatic precipitator is previously coated with conductive grease at bearings rotationally supporting a shaft for driving the dust collection electrodes or a shaft for driving the brushes. A grounding wire is grounded by making electrical connection to the stationary member side of the bearings and electric discharge current is run to the stationary member side of the bearings through the conductive grease from the shaft described above.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grounding structure which is not increased in a cost by an increase of parts and is free from maintenance. SOLUTION: A shaft for driving dust collecting electrodes penetrating through an electrostatic precipitator casing 20 is provided with a waste gas seal consisting of a sealing box 3. The sealing box is formed by inserting gaskets 32 for sealing the waste gases to close the spacings between the shaft 1 for driving the dust collecting electrodes and the sealing box base 30 and compressing the gaskets by means of a sealing cap 31, thereby hermetically sealing the spacings. As a result, good grounding is accomplished by bringing the waste gas sealing parts having electrical conductivity into contact with the entire circumferential of the shaft for driving the dust collecting electrodes or a shaft for driving a brush and grounding the device from these parts.

Further, the vibration is concurrently transmitted to the two positions apart almost 90 deg. on the circumference of the piping 10. Concurrently, it is possible to generate an almost uniform vibration acceleration on the entire circumference of the piping 10. Therefore, foreign matter sticking to the interior of the piping 10 can be separated by a single vibration action by fixing the stripping device 14 to one position on the circumference of the pipe 10.

Here, if a tangerine rots in the initial stage, oil cells characteristic to the tangerine are broken in the peel and united with the peel layer to form jelly structure, wherein various coloring components from the oil cells are dispersed. Then those coloring components absorb the ultraviolet light and emit visible light and the processor 38 processes the video signal into a binary signal to detect and measure the light emission area from the initial rotting part.
