    • PURPOSE:To prevent an excess stress of a rotor rim from occurring by providing an auxiliary dovetail in a height necessary for mounting a burying metal and forming recesses on a liner and a cotter corresponding to the height for forming the dovetail. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of dovetails 11A for poles are formed on the outer periphery of a rotor rim 12, and poles 4 are mounted thereon through a liner 14 and a cotter 15. Further, auxiliary dovetails 11B are formed on the rim 12, burying metal 10 are inserted thereinto, and a coil support 8 is provided between the poles with a bolt 9. At this time, a recess 14A or 15A of slight stepwise difference (g) is formed on a part H of the liner 14 and the cotter 15 corresponding to the height for forming the dovetail 11B, and mounted on the dovetail 11A. In this manner, the excess stress of the rotor rim due to the mounting of the auxiliary dovetail can be prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To suppress the displacement of a pole in a pole centrifugal force direction by reducing the width of a gap between a dovetail groove and a dovetail pillow at the outer peripheral side from that at the inner peripheral side and inserting cotter and a liner of sectional shape similar to the gap. CONSTITUTION:A rotor rim 3 and a pole 4 are inserted fixedly with a dovetail pillow 4a provided at the pole 4 in dovetail groove 3a provided at the rim 3 through a cotter 6a at one side and through a liner 7a at the other. The width of the gap between the dovetail groove 3a and the dovetail pillow 4a is reduced at the outer peripheral side from that at the inner peripheral side, and a cotter 6a and a liner 7a of a sectional shape similar to the gap are inserted. Thus, the cotter 6a and the liner 7a are suppressed in the movement toward a pole centrifugal force CP direction to suppress the increase in the displacement of the pole 4 toward the centrifugal force CP.

The screw 11 is turned while measuring the level of the slide surface (a) of the plate 10, the screw 11 is intimately contacted with the lower nut 5 of the rim 4, and when the level of the surface (a) falls within the allowable value, a clamping nut 12 is clamped by the bolt 6, and the plate 10 is secured. In this manner, the level adjustment can be facilitated, the adjusting accuracy can be improved, and the number of working steps can be reduced.
