摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the nitration and denitrification efficiency, by carrying out sticking growth of microorganism on the surface of solid effectively, at the time of removing nitrogen amount from waste water containing BOD and nitrogen compounds by using nitration fungus and denitrification fungus. CONSTITUTION:The organic waste water 2 containing BOD and nitrogen compounds, is entered the reaction vessel 1 and is passed flowing between anaerobic zone parallel board groups 15b. On this occasion, the above water 2 is entered the gas supply part 6 of the next room after carryig out BOD oxidation reaction and denitrification reaction on the surface of the groups 15b by sticking-grown microorganism. The water 2 is risen with the air bubbles 5a discharged from the part 6 and is overflowed to the next room from the upper tip part of the partition board 14 taking in oxygen and then, is passed through the aerobic zone parallel board groups 15a. On this occasion, pH of the water is measured by the pH sensor 18 and pH is regulated at 7.5-8.5 by supplying neutralizing agent from the supply opening 21. The above water is joined to the exhaust water at the exhaust water supply part 3 again after carrying out nitration reaction on the surface of the parallel boards by sticking-grown microorganism. The treating water 13 is discharged through the settling separation vessel 16.

摘要： PURPOSE:To utilize fully the nitrifying ability of a nitrifying bacteria for the regeneration of ammonia nitrogen-adsorbed zeolite by a method in which the ammonia nitrogen-adsorbed zeolite is introduced into an aq. soln. contg. nitrifying-bacteria with a specific pH, to which is added an ammonia nitrogen-desorbing compound generating an inorganic cation. CONSTITUTION:The nitrifying bacteria-containing aqueous solution 11 is prepared by regulating its pH to 7.0-8.5 and also adding an ammonia nitrogen-desorbing compound generating an inorganic cation to the aqueous solution. Under an aerobic condition, the ammonia nitrogen-adsorbed zeorite 20 is introduced into the said nitrifying bacteria-containing aqueous solution 11, where an inorganic cation exchange occurs and therefore ammonia nitrogen is desorbed from the zeorite and then nitrified gradually by the action of the bacteria to regenerate the said zeorite. The ammonia nitrogen-desobing compound used preferably includes alkali metal salts, e.g., NaCl, etc., which are incapable of producing pH 0.8 ore more even when a necessary and sufficient amount of an inorganic salt is added.

In the apparatus of this invention, the culture system and diagnosis system are cut off from the outside of the apparatus system. Therefore, no infection of miscellaneous microorganism, etc., occurs, nor does consumption of valuable cells and products occur. Further, since it is possible to easily obtain data of the proportions of division potential-possessing cells and living cells, the environmental factors to the culturing cistern can be easily and instantly controlled based on the data, and therefore, the culturing efficiency can be enhanced.
