摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make suppressible the generation of an unwanted moment at the time of driving an objective lens by sizing a magnet greater than the movable range of a focusing coil or tracking coil. SOLUTION: A magnetic circuit is formed out of magnets 21a and 21b magnetized so as to confront the same poles, outer yokes 19a and 19b on the outside of the magnets 21a and 21b, a yoke made of a magnetic substance provided so as to connect inner yokes 20a and 20b through the air-core parts of tracking coils 18a and 18b in the gap of two focusing coils 17a and 17b in an optical axis direction and a lid-shaped yoke sharing the protection of a movable part with one part of the magnetic circuit while avoiding an objective lens 15. The magnets 21a and 21b are sized greater than the movable part of the focusing coils 17a and 17b or tracking coils 18a and 18b, the density of magnetic flux to be impressed to the coils is kept almost constant regardless of the position of the objective lens 15 and a structure not to apply the unwanted moment to the movable part is formed.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an inclination of a lens and the consumption of electric power, moreover to miniaturize a device and to reduce costs by optimizing positions for arranging a fixed part and a magnet. SOLUTION: The position of the movable part of an objective lens driving device 1 is varied by its arranging attitude. Therefore, when it is horizontally positioned, the consumption of electric power is minimized by arranging respective parts in a distance C lenz from the surface 32 of a disk to the tip end of an objective lens 2 e.g. in a half of the sum of a distance W.D 1 in the case of using a CD and a distance W.D.2 in the case of using a DVD. However, when it is vertically positioned, the consumption of electric power is varied. Thereupon, the distance C lenz is set to satisfy a relating formula in the state that a focusing coil AF is not electrically energized when a sinking quantity of the movable part 18 of the objective lens driving device 1 in the horizontal position, a distance from the tip end of the objective lens 2 to the center in the AF direction of the fixed point 34 of plural elastic supporting members 11 and a distance from the surface of the side facing the lens of the disk to C wire (mm) are respectively expressed by δ (mm), L holder (mm) and L wire (mm).

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen the inclination of an objective lens by regulating a holder for supporting the other end of an elastic supporting member which supports a bobbin in the relative position with a magnetic circuit in the radial direction of a disk and/or a direction perpendicular to the disk, then fixing the holder to the magnetic circuit. SOLUTION: The shafts 16 of an assembly jig 15 are inserted into long holes 14 of the holder 9 and the spacing between the shafts 16 is widened by moving a shaft holder 17. The holder 9 is chucked by the shafts 16. Wires 8 fixed to the holder 9 and the moving parts supported at their front ends are changed in the relative position with the magnetic circuit consisting of a magnet 7 and a yoke 6 by the movement of a bed 47 of the assembly jig 15. Current of a low frequency is passed to a focusing coil 4 and while the inclination of the objective lens 2 is monitored by an autocollimator, etc., the bed 47 is moved and the position where the inclination in the tracking direction of the objective lens 2 does not exist any more is searched. When the position is determined, the holder 9 and the rising part 13 of the yoke 6 are fixed with an adhesive.

Consequently, even when the accuracy of a single part of the respective parts and its assembling accuracy are somewhat low, adverse effect caused by them is absorbed and the objective lens driving device, being hardly tilted the radial direction of the optical disk even when the objective lens 1 is operated in the focusing direction, is realized.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and small-sized drive device correcting a tilt of an objective lens by adjusting supply currents to respective tracking coils based on the output of a detection means on the tilt between an optical axis of light from the objective lens and the normal of a disk type information recording medium recording surface, or the tilt of a lens holder. SOLUTION: A bisected photodetector 18 detects the tilt in the radial direction of a disk in cooporation with a tilt detection circuit to output a tilt detection signal. An objective lens drive device 1 adjusts respective supply currents to an AF coil 4 and TR coils 5, 6 based on detected focusing (AF), tracking (TR) error signals and the tilt detection signal. Then, the objective lens 2 of the lens holder 3 is driven in the AF direction 15 and TR direction 14 by respective magnetic circuits such as a magnet 9, a yoke, and the tilt around the extending direction of elastic support members 12 is corrected. Thus, coma aberration, astigmatism of a laser beam are reduced, and a high definition signal is recorded/reproduced.
