    • PURPOSE:To surely detect the timing of flash light emission without using a shutter mechanism and to prevent mis-shot and failure in emission of a flash light by providing a recording paper detector so as to prevent direct projection of the flash light of a flash lamp thereto. CONSTITUTION:Recording paper 5 is conveyed by a conveyance path 14 and an unfixed toner is adhered as an image on the surface thereof by a transfer device 7; thereafter, the paper is conveyed to the position right under a flash fixing device 1, where the flash light of the flash lamp 15 is projected toward the surface of the paper 5. The recording paper detector 4 in this case is installed in the position within the range nearer the paper feed side than the position right under the device 1 and nearer the paper feed side than a bent part Q. The flash light is, therefore, not directly projected to the detector and since the leak light of the flash light is shielded by the bent part Q, the light intensity thereof is considerably lowered. The direct incident flash light on the detector is thereby eliminated and in addition, the intensity of the leak flash light is weak; therefore, the failure and malfunction (wrong detection of recording paper) of the detector 4 are prevented and the mis-shot and failure in emission of the flash light are eliminated accordingly.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent recording paper from deforming by performing flash irradiation while synchronizing the conveyance period of recording paper conveyed periodically to a fixing device with the light emission period of a flash lamp. CONSTITUTION:A paper feed roller 6 rotates until one sheet of recording paper is placed on a conveyance path 14, then stops for a constant time, and rotates again until the next sheet of recording paper is placed on the conveyance path repeatedly. The recording paper 7 is conveyed at specific speed, so one sheet of recording paper is constant in the time from the start of the rotation of the paper feed roller 6 for placing the recording paper on the conveyance path to the arrival at the flash lamp 1 and the output of a paper feed timer circuit 4 is supplied as a 1st timing signal to a delay circuit 3 which delays the signal by the time and the output of it is supplied as a 2nd timing signal to the light emission control circuit 17 for a light emitting circuit 3 through an input terminal 18, so that the lamp 16 emits light only when the recording paper 7 moves to right below the flash lamp. Consequently, the recording paper is prevented from deforming owing to the heating of a conveying device.

    • A winding for a static induction apparatus such as a transformer, a reactor and the like comprises a plurality of interleaved coils each formed by winding an electrically insulated strand conductor in a radial spiral. The coils are stacked axially and electrically connected in series between a line terminal and another terminal such as a neutral terminal. The winding is divided into a plurality of blocks each including a plurality of ones of the interleaved coils. The number of turns of each coil belonging to the block on the other terminal side is decreased as compared with that of each coil belonging to the block located closer to the line terminal, to thereby reduce the series electrostatic capacitance of the coils stepwise from one to another block starting from the one located on the line terminal side. The distribution constant is thus decreased. Favorable surge withstanding characteristics are attained, reliable insulation is assured and the winding can be realized in a reduced size.

    • PURPOSE:To detect an insulation deterioration of electric power system with high sensitivity by obtaining admittances against ground of each phase in a section to be monitored and deciding the insulation deterioration of power system in the section to be monitored in accordance with these calculated values. CONSTITUTION:At first, outputs of zero-phase-sequence current sensors 15a, 16a, 17a are fetched and time system data for the zero-phase-sequence currents I0 at the output side of an electricity distributing and transforming station 1 are fetched to a computer 11, and amounts and directions of the current I0 of each feeder 12, 13, 14 are compared to decide whether the directions of currents I0 are different from a normal value and also the amounts are increased beyond a set level or not. When the detected values of current I0 do not exceed the set value, the process is continued, and if they exceed, held signals are outputted through each communication terminal 27, then the contents of memories 26 in each section are held and transferred to the computer 11 through the terminals 27 and a communication circuit 28. By the computer 11, a spectrum analysis for frequency is made for the transferred time series data to perform a processing to obtain the absolute values and the phases for every frequency. The processing for obtaining insulation resistances against ground and electrostatic capacitances against ground are performed in accordance with the above results.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a small-sized and lightweight stationary induction electric apparatus by a method wherein mixed gas consisting of nitrogen gas and insulating gas is introduced into a tank, the bubblegenerating temperature of a perfluorocarbon solution is raised, the amount of generation of bubbles and the size of the bubbles are made small, and the lowering of the breaking strength of the perfluorocarbon solution is prevented. CONSTITUTION:In an insulating gas filled tank 1 containing a top-opened insulation container 2 in which an iron core 3 and a winding 4 wound around the leg of the iron core are housed and a liquid refrigerant is filled up, mixed gas consisting of nitrogen gas and insulating gas is introduced. For example, a perfluorocarbon solution is used as the above-mentioned liquid refrigerant 5, and the above-mentioned mixed gas is composed of 20% SF6 gas and 80% nitrogen gas. Besides, a heat exchanger 7 and a circulation pump 8 are arranged outside the airtight tank 1, and a liquid circulating system is composed of lead- out tubes 9 and 10. Consequently, as the lowering of the pressure of the surface of the perfuorocarbon solution can be prevented, the pressure in the bubbles generated from the solution does not drop, and the lowering of breaking strength of the solution can also be prevented.
