SOLUTION: This device is provided with fixed electrode plates 2 and 3 connected to a high frequency power source 1, and the mover 4 is provided with collector electrodes 5 and 6, keeping the specified interval with the fixed electrode plates 2 and 3, and the electrode plate 2 and the electrode 5, and the electrode plate 3 and the electrode 6 are electrically coupled with each other through the impedance of the capacitances 8 and 9. Moreover, induction load 7 which resonates with the capacity of the capacitances 8 and 9 is connected between the electrodes 5 and 6, and the impedance is lowered by the series resonance of the induction load 7 and the capacitances 8 and 9, whereby it becomes easy for the current to flow, and more power is supplied, and the power collected between the electrodes 5 and 6 is supplied to the power source and the control circuit 10 built in the mover 4. As a result, the current 11 supplied from the high frequency power source 1 becomes a current 12 through the capacitance 8, and it is taken in the mover 4, and the return becomes the current 13 through the capacitance 9, and becomes a return current 14, so a large power can be obtained.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously carry a plurality of articles to be carried, and avoid the influence of the foreign matter of the mutual articles to be carried by forming a driven arm shorter than a prime mover arm, and composing a carrying device by three shaft operating elements of going in/out action, linear vertical action and tilting rotational action. SOLUTION: In a link arm mechanism, the base end of a prime mover arm 5a is pivotally mounted on a link arm main body 11, and a driven arm 5b is engagingly mounted on the tip of the prime mover arm 5a. The prime mover arm 5a is formed longer, and the driven arm 5b is formed shorter, contracted and extended by being acted in concert with the prime move arm 5a. A carrying device main body 3 is travelled in a travelling action direction V1 on a track 4. Handling operation functional elements mounted on a main body 3 hold and carry an article to be carried 1 by mutually combining three shaft action in a direction V5 for going in/out action for vertically folding up, a direction V3 for linear vertical action and a direction ϕ for tilting rotational action to change the attitude of the angle of the article to be carried in addition to a direction V2 for holding the article to be carried. Therefore, a plurality of articles can be simultaneously carried, and carrying form that avoids the influence of a foreign matter can be set up.

And, the unit sections are so connected that going current may flow in the two feeders 12, 13 alternately by a route of going lines 21a, 21c, 21e, 21g,... and coming current may flow in the two feeders 12, 13 alternately by a route of coming lines... 22g, 22e, 22c, and 22a. By this method, the emission of electromagnetic noise appearing in the two feeders can be lessened.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and highly reliably stop at a position provided with a prescribed offset quantity, namely an offset stopping position, from a reference stopping position without fit-changing a reference stopping position striker. SOLUTION: The striker 1 setting the stopping position of the traveling object of a transporting device consists of the reference stopping position striker 11 setting the reference stopping position and comb-shaped strikers 12 and 13 arranged in front of and behind this reference stopping position striker 11. Then two stopping position detecting sensors 31 and 32 detecting these strikers are provided to detect the comb-shaped strikers 12, 13 and the reference stopping position striker 11 while the traveling object travels or stops. Therefore the operation of the stopping position detecting sensors 31 and 32 are mutually confirmed to improve the reliability of striker detection and when the traveling object tops, the stopping position detecting sensors 31 and 32 respectively detect the reference stopping position striker 11 and the comb-shaped strikers 12 and 13 to highly reliably position the position provided with a prescribed offset quantity from the reference stopping position.

CONSTITUTION:Braking plates 4 are arranged on a carriage 2, and magnetic fluxes 8 orthogonal to the braking plates 4 are generated by magnetic poles 5, and an eddy current is generated on them by motion of the braking plates 4, and kinetic energy of the carriage 2 is converted into energy of the eddy current, and the kinetic energy is vanished. Thereby, clean braking force can be obtained in a noncontact condition. Speed of a motional object is monotonously reduced, and vibration is restrained. Braking and unidirectional positioning operation are combined with each other, and simple positioning operation becomes possible.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a contact confirmation circuit of a current collector for a charger of a ground mobile in which electrical contact between the charger and an incorporated battery is confirmed automatically and automatic charging is carried out. CONSTITUTION:A ground mobile comprises positive and negative movable current collectors 11 connected with a battery, a charging contactor 13 connected between the battery 12 and the movable current collectors 11, and a resistor 14. A station 20 comprises positive and negative fixed current collectors 21 connected with a charger 22, and a relay 23 interposed between the charger 22 and the fixed current collector 21 and detecting the voltage between the positive and negative fixed current collectors. Upon contact of the current collectors 11, 21, the charging contactor 13 is turned ON to feed a microcurrent and the relay 23 detects the voltage between the positive and negative fixed current collectors 11. The relay 23 compares a detected voltage with a set level and turns the charger 22 ON only when the set level is not exceeded.
