    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To get large power by collecting electricity by the capacitance between the collector electrode installed at a mover and the fixed electrode installed at a shifting path. SOLUTION: This device is provided with fixed electrode plates 2 and 3 connected to a high frequency power source 1, and the mover 4 is provided with collector electrodes 5 and 6, keeping the specified interval with the fixed electrode plates 2 and 3, and the electrode plate 2 and the electrode 5, and the electrode plate 3 and the electrode 6 are electrically coupled with each other through the impedance of the capacitances 8 and 9. Moreover, induction load 7 which resonates with the capacity of the capacitances 8 and 9 is connected between the electrodes 5 and 6, and the impedance is lowered by the series resonance of the induction load 7 and the capacitances 8 and 9, whereby it becomes easy for the current to flow, and more power is supplied, and the power collected between the electrodes 5 and 6 is supplied to the power source and the control circuit 10 built in the mover 4. As a result, the current 11 supplied from the high frequency power source 1 becomes a current 12 through the capacitance 8, and it is taken in the mover 4, and the return becomes the current 13 through the capacitance 9, and becomes a return current 14, so a large power can be obtained.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously carry a plurality of articles to be carried, and avoid the influence of the foreign matter of the mutual articles to be carried by forming a driven arm shorter than a prime mover arm, and composing a carrying device by three shaft operating elements of going in/out action, linear vertical action and tilting rotational action. SOLUTION: In a link arm mechanism, the base end of a prime mover arm 5a is pivotally mounted on a link arm main body 11, and a driven arm 5b is engagingly mounted on the tip of the prime mover arm 5a. The prime mover arm 5a is formed longer, and the driven arm 5b is formed shorter, contracted and extended by being acted in concert with the prime move arm 5a. A carrying device main body 3 is travelled in a travelling action direction V1 on a track 4. Handling operation functional elements mounted on a main body 3 hold and carry an article to be carried 1 by mutually combining three shaft action in a direction V5 for going in/out action for vertically folding up, a direction V3 for linear vertical action and a direction ϕ for tilting rotational action to change the attitude of the angle of the article to be carried in addition to a direction V2 for holding the article to be carried. Therefore, a plurality of articles can be simultaneously carried, and carrying form that avoids the influence of a foreign matter can be set up.
