摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set the access to a common file by a common processing without depending upon a file server and without demanding a privilege for setting the access right at the filer server. SOLUTION: A common file, to which a list that describes conditions of a user to allow an access as a conditional equation that combines attribute information of the user is added, is stored in a server information processor 11, the loggin information of the user who tries to access to it is obtained by a client information processor 12, and the access right is decided by an access right discrimination processor 14 on the basis of the loggin information of the user and the list added to the common file to be accessed. In accordance with this discrimination, a data repeater device 13 is made to repeat the common file from the server information processor 11 to the client information processor 2.

摘要： PURPOSE:For raising the electrical reliability of super ultrahigh transformers, to make the removal of the dust contained in oil by inserting an oil filter, a partition valve, and a discharge valve in the piping of the external cooler provided on an internal device casing oil tank. CONSTITUTION:An upper piping 15 and a lower piping 16 are attached in the oil tank 1 having a conservator 1, and a cooler 4 is fitted therebetween. Oil is circulated in said tank 3 by an oil pump 7. An oil filter 12 made of 100-300 mesh wire gauze and a partition valve 13 are provided between said cooler 4 and pump 7, and further a discharge valve 14 is fitted between said filter 12 and partition valve 13. Cooling is made with oil circulated from the lower side of the transformer coil encased in said tank 3. Thereby, the removal of the dust having attached to said coil and the discharge of captured dust are facilitated so that reliability is raised.
