摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the detection sensitivity of an abnormality by a method wherein the frequency-spectrum analyzed result of a normal sound is subtracted from the frequency spectrum of a monitored sound and only the component of an abnormal sound and a disturbance sound is extracted. SOLUTION: An acoustic signal which is generated by an object 10 to be monitored is detected by a sound detection part 20, and the detected acoustic signal is 1/3-octave-analyzed by a monitored-sound frequency analysis part 30. A frequency-spectrum subtraction part 50 subtracts a normal-state 1/3 octave pattern stored in a normal-state sound frequency spectrum storage part 40 from the 1/3-octave pattern of a monitored sound. The output of the subtraction part 50 by this subtraction becomes the analytical pattern of only an abnormal sound or a disturbance sound, and the pattern of only the abnormal sound or the disturbance sound and every pattern which is stored in a disturbance sound-frequency spectrum storage part 60 in advance are collated by a similarity computing part 70. A sound monitoring part 80 to which a collated result is input removes the disturbance sound or judges the existence of an abnormal sound on the basis of the collated result. Thereby, the detection sensitivity of an abnormality can be enhanced.

In addition, on the basis of a plurality of disturbance sounds, to be removed, which are decided by the duration time and by the acoustic power at the monitoring frequency, the disturbance sound in which the product of the duration time by the acoustic power becomes a maximum value is selected (Steps 105 to 107), the maximum value of the product of the duration time by the acoustic power is divided by the acoustic-power change width, and the averaging time of the acoustic power is preliminary decided (Step 108).

With the correlation relationship between the magnetic AE characteristic value and the degree of creep damage. the change in the magnetic AE characteristic value increases as the degree of creep damage to be measured approaches '1' indicating rupture, thus predicting the remaining life at the latter period of the life accurately.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decompose and remove dioxins and precursors thereof in incineration exhaust gas efficiently by subjecting refuse to primary incineration, branching a part of combustion exhaust gas and admixing with fuel, burning the mixture on a catalyst to produce hot gas, adding the exhaust gas after primary combustion to the high temperature gas and then performing secondary combustion. SOLUTION: A part of combustion exhaust gas from a primary combustor 1 is branched and incorporated with fuel and air, as required, before being introduced to a catalyst combustor 3. Hot gas of 800-1300 deg.C produced from the catalyst combustion 3 is then added to exhaust gas from the primary combustor 1 so that dioxins and precursors thereof are burnt and decomposed by a secondary bombustor 2. Subsequently, the exhaust gas is quenched by a cooler 4 down to 200 deg.C or below in order to prevent recombination of dioxins and discharged from a chimney 6 after dust is removed by a dust remover 5. According to the arrangement, dioxins in the exhaust gas from a refuse incinerator can be decreased and generation of NOx can be suppressed to the lowest possible.

The output signal of the abnormality judging part 1 is inputted to a compressor control part 13 and, when a signal of resonance abnormality or valve abnormality is generated, suction pressure or emission pressure is controlled to hold a normal operation state.

Sunsequently, this trouble judgment result is outputted to a display part 7 for display. With this constitution, a valve on-off state in the steam trap 1 and the presence of something wrong with it is easily and accurately judged without disassembling the steam trap 1.
