摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable safe operating of a boiling water reactor power plant by reducing hydrogen concentration in an off-gas system even when an unbalance takes place between hydrogen gas and oxygen gas caused by pressure fluctuation during back wash of the main condenser in injecting hydrogen. SOLUTION: In this reactor power plant, steam flowing from the reactor 1 via a high pressure turbine 2 and a low pressure turbine 3 in the main steam line 14 is condensed in the main condenser 4. The condensed water is returned via a water supply system 16 to the reactor 1. Non-condensible gases of hydrogen and oxygen flowing out of the main condenser 4 is discharged into the air via a recombiner 11 of an off-gas system 15 and a hydrogen gas injector 17 and an oxygen gas injector injecting oxygen in the non-condensible gas are provided in the water supply system 16. In this case, oxygen gas/hydrogen gas in the off-gas system is made excess in-oxygen in the stoichiometric ratio by connecting an oxygen injection device 18 to the main condenser 4.
