That is, in order close to the sea to which heat of the fuel is finally released, whether or not an inlet channel is secured (103), whether or not a seawater cooling system corresponding to a direct cooling system is secured (104) and whether or not an intermediate fresh water cooling system corresponding to the direct cooling system is secured (105 and 107), are judged in order, and when finally judged that a series of these cooling equipments are not inspected (106 and 108) and a function is maintained, it is judged that a cooling function exists (109). This routine is judged every day in the whole period of a periodic inspection.

摘要： PURPOSE:To minimize the change of the insertion pattern of a selected control rod during operation by setting a plurality of operating conditions with overlaps, and setting the boundaries among the operating conditions along flow rate controlling lines, the operating conditions being classified according to core flow rates and core output values. CONSTITUTION:Reactor operating conditions are set while being classified according to core flow rate values and reactor output values. The lines indicate rated output (a), the flow rate control (b) of flow rate controlling width lower limit, stability control (c), the upper limit (d) of an operating range B, the lower limit (e) of an operating range A, and the lower limit (f) of the operating range B, etc., respectively. X indicates the process of starting the reactor to enter a rated output level. When the boundary between the ranges A, B is indicated by line (d), the insertion pattern of a selected control rod need be changed by two complete cycles while a miniature lamp is on, whereas when the boundary is indicated by line (e), pattern change is required each time line (e) passes the boundary of the insertion pattern on line (a) at rated operation. Therefore, the pattern change can be reduced to the minimum by setting the operating range boundary to line (d),(e) at startup and rated operation, respectively.
