摘要： PURPOSE:To provide constitution and operating method capable of improving operability of a plant by relieving or avoiding various troubles generated at the time of load-dropping which corresponds to the generation of abnormalities in the pressurized fluidized bed boiler-compound power plant CONSTITUTION:In a pressurized fluidized bed boiler-compound power plant which is a combination of gas turbine equipment 2, 3, 4, steam turbine equipment 38, 41, 42, 43, and a pressurized fluidized bed boiler 40, boiler-combustion gas in a pipeline for introducing the air in a pressure vessel 53 to the inlet of an exhaust heat recovery heat exchanger 32 and at the outlet of a precision dust removing device 27 is introduced into the inlet of the exhaust heat recovery heat exchanger 32 while bypassing the gas turbine equipment 3. The combustion gas is joined to the bypass-air from the pressure vessel 53 to be cooled to stably reduce the pressure in the pressure vessel 53, and thereby the danger of surging of a compressor 2 caused by throttling the amount of air delivered from the compressor 2 is avoided. In order to relieve unbalance of the heat transfer part due to abrupt change in the amount of boiler-feed water at the time when an abnormality is generated in a plant, a cooling pump 35 and a pressurized hot water tank 8 are provided for emergencies.

摘要： PURPOSE:To perform operation with a constant high efficiency all the time. CONSTITUTION:A communicating duct 11 for high temperature gas is connected to a position situated downstream from an exhaust heat recovering device 8 and a heat-exchanger 26 on the inlet side or the inlet side of a compressor 5, and a flow rate control valve 18 is located in the communicating duct 11 for high temperature gas. As a result, high temperature gas is guided from a position situated downstream from the exhaust heat recovering device 8, reflux mixture or heat-exchange is effected on the inlet side of the compressor 5, and an air temperature at the inlet of the compressor is regulatable. Thus, since there is no need for regulation of an air flow rate of the compressor along with the change of an atmosphere temperature, plant efficiency is improved by an amount equivalent to elimination of the regulation. As noted above, the change of efficiency produced occasioned by the change of an atmosphere temperature can be prevented from production and operation can be executed at a constant high efficient planning point. Further, an air temperature at the inlet of the compressor is automatically and accurately regulated by means of a temperature measuring apparatus 23 and a control device 12.

CONSTITUTION:A throttle valve 17 is provided on the compressor part air intake system of a gas turbine 18 having a compressor inlet guide vane 19, a compressor bleeding valve 20 is provided on the middle stage of the compressor part, and the rotating speed is changed by a motor generator 26 connected to the gas turbine 18. The air quantity command from a plant overall control unit 30 and the output signals of flow rate measuring devices 33, 38 (orifices, etc.) are mutually compared in a comparator 32, and the opening of the throttle valve 17, the opening of a compressor IGV 19, and the rotating speed of the motor generator detected by a detector 34 are controlled, respectively, whereby the air blasting to a PFBC boiler is regulated. Thus, proper air quantity and air pressure are provided.

The correction value is set during the operation up to the time when the number of revolution exceeds the maximum value, and the control valve 12 is closing-operated at the higher speed midway to the necessary fuel feeding value with low load, and the closing operation is carried out at the speed lower than the above-described speed.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the surging of a gas turbine early and to safely stop the gas turbine by determining a plant abnormality when the changing speed of the output of a generator connected to the turbine driven by combustion gas from a pressurized fluid bed boiler exceeds a set output value. SOLUTION: The pressure container 2 of a PFBC(pressurized fluid bed combustion) boiler 1 is provided with a flow rate control pressure reducing valve 13 for adjusting the flow rate of blown air in the upstream of a compressor 6 for blowing combustion air. An exhaust heat recovery system 9 is provided in the downstream side of a gas expander turbine 7 for generating motive power by expanding combustion gas from the PFBC boiler main body in the pressure container 2. Then, the changing speed of the gas turbine output is compared with a limit value by a signal computing unit 37 based on a gas turbine output signal computed by an output computing unit 36 and, if a surging state is determined, a gas turbine stop signal is outputted to a plant controller 40, and a gas turbine 7 is stopped by closing valves 17 and 19.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent abnormality from occurring in a gas turbine by detecting abnormality of opening of a compressor outlet valve when operated with closing the compressor outlet valve and a high temperature gas valve and opening a compressor bypass valve during starting the gas turbine, and by tripping the gas turbine when the abnormality is detected. SOLUTION: A gas turbine for a pressurized fluid bed boiler (PFBC), during its starting, increases its speed up to a nominal rotation speed with a starting device in the condition that a compressor outlet valve 4 and a high temperature gas valve 5 are closed and a compressor bypass valve 6 is opened. After the speed rising, the turbine continues to operate at the nominal rotation speed until finishing of starting preparation of a furnace. During this, if the compressor outlet valve 4 is operated by any abnormality, a system in which delivering air in a compressor 1 flows into the furnace through the compressor outlet valve 4 is generated, delivery pressure of the compressor sharply decreases, and finally vibration occurs in the compressor 1 to damage the gas turbine. Therefore, when abnormality of the compressor outlet valve 4 is detected, the gas turbine is tripped to prevent its damage.
