    • PURPOSE:To measure an accurate water level at all times regardless of the fluctuation of pressure in a tank by providing a level switch which detects the varying of water level in a reference level vessel at the low pressure pipe side. CONSTITUTION:A differential pressure type water level measuring apparatus detects pressures of a vapor phase section and a water phase section of a tank 1 by means of a low pressure side detecting pipe 8 and a high pressure side detecting pipe 9 to measure the differential pressure as a water level. A reference level vessel 2 which supplies a reference level, is disposed in the pipe 8. When the pressure in the tank 1 becomes a negative pressure due to the variation of load of a plant, water in the reference level vessel 2 is sucked into the tank 1 so that the reference level goes down. The change of the reference level is detected by a level switch 4 connected to a reference level pipe 6 of which level is the same as that of the reference level vessel 2. On the basis of the signal, a water supply valve 5 disposed in a water supply pipe 7 is automatically controlled between the on/off conditions to open or close so that the reference level in the reference level vessel 2 is restored by supplying water therein by a reduced amount. Thereby, the reference level is maintained at all times so that the accurate water level is obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To uniformize the temperatures of respective parts in respective processes of temperature rise, temperature fixing and temperature drop by suppressing the generation of a temperature difference in respective adjacent parts. CONSTITUTION:A part corresponding to a heater 81 having the largest heating constant out of respective heaters 81 to 84 is set up as a reference part, the temperature of the reference part is detected by a temperature detector 11, a signal from a temperature setter 20 and a signal from the detector 11 are added/subtracted by an adder/substractor 31, a temperature controller 6 executes the control operation of the added/subtracted result, and a power controller 71 controls electric energy to be applied to the heater 81. In the heater 82 to be a part adjacent to the reference part, the temeprature of the part 82 and a set temperature difference are mutually added/subtracted, a temperature difference between the temperature of the reference part and that of the self-part 82 is added/subtracted to/from the added/subtracted value by an adder/subtractor 41, respective added/subtracted values are combined and mutually added/subtracted, the control operation of the obtained added/subtracted value is executed by a temperature controller 62, and electric energy to be applied to the heater 82 is controlled by a power controller 72. In the heaters 83, 84 to be the succeeding adjacent parts, a temperature difference between the temperature of the adjacent part and that of the self-part is found out by addition/subtraction and electric energy to be applied to the heaters 83, 84 are similarly controlled.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the effect of radiation shielding and the performance on the maintenance and inspections of a thermometer with a simple and compact structure of a shield, by connecting a shield whose inner diameter satisfies the performance of the insertion of a thermometer sheath and the effect of radiation shielding and which has the length required for shielding and is shaped like a pipe to a straight part at a tip of a guide tube. SOLUTION: A thermometer sheath guide tube 4 guiding a thermometer sheath 5 of a thermometer shaped like a sheath that measures the temperature of equipment and piping 7 placed in a high-level radiation area 1 to a low-level radiation area 2 is bored through a straight pipe into a shielding wall 3. A shield 9 for the sheath guide tube 4 is connected to a tip of the tube 4 in the bored part of the shielding wall 3 and is buried in it. The gap between the surface of the thermometer sheath 5 and the inner diameter of the shield 9, where an error in the manufacturing of the thermometer sheath 5 is taken into account, is set to satisfy the performance of insertion and extraction of the thermometer sheath 5 and the effect of intercepting the radiation from the high-level radiation area 1. In this way, the length of the sheath guide tube 4 is shortened and the bent part of it is lessened because the shielding wall 3 is pierced by the straight pipe.
