    • PURPOSE:To obtain a remote control system where a plant is safely operated by adopting the double action system consisting of two kinds of operators, namely, an operation contents selecting operator and an operation command operator to surely prevent erroneous control at the time of occurrence of abnormality in the control system. CONSTITUTION:CRT display devices are used as a display device 8a for operation and a display device 8b for plant monitor. When an operator touches a switch pattern on the screen with his finger or the like, a touch panel 10 detects this position and sends it to a process computer 7 as coordinate data 11 on an X-Y matrix preliminarily assigned on the screen. The computer 7 collates data 11 with data for picture display on the device 8a and multiplexes and transmits control command data 12 to a transmission terminal equipment 4 through a transmission controller 5. The equipment 4 converts the control command to parallel information and outputs it to a control logic part 3 and generates the switching condition of each valve, the start/stop condition of a pump, etc., and sends them to a process input/output device 1, thus performing the remote control of the plant.

CONSTITUTION:This method consists of a plan value line display data editing process 14 wherein operation plan values at respective points of the two physical quantities which are a reactor core and a reactor core heat output are edited as a serial line, an upper/lower limit deviation monitor line display data editing process 15 wherein an upper and a lower limit deviation monitor line are edited according to the permissible range determined for the plan values, and an actual result value line display data editing process 16 wherein an actual result value is edited as a serial line; and the two physical quantities of the operation plan values are provided with upper/lower permissible width, and an upper/lower permissible range deviation monitor line derived from it is graphically displayed on a CRT screen together with the operation plan value line and actual result value, and when the actual result value deviates from the upper/lower permissible range deviation monitor line, an alarm is outputted.

    • PURPOSE:To maintain the function, performance and reliability of a redundancy system by estimating the rise of temperature of a control device and resetting the operation of the system to a degenerated operation mode or a normal mode based on the estimated temperature rise. CONSTITUTION:The analog signals of a temperature sensor 7 attached at the outside of a housing are periodically fetched by a process signal input/output part 331 in a control device 13. The peripheral temperature of the sensor 7 and this temperature rise rate are calculated by a controller part 332. Then the rise transition of the peripheral temperature of the device 13, i.e., the peripheral temperature of the device 13 to be set after a fixed time is estimated by knowing previously the information on the calculation of the part 332 as well as the information on the heat value generated within the housing, the heat transmission delay time to the housing, etc. The part 332 cuts off the power supply line of each subsystem by digital output signals 81 and 82 received from an input/output part in its own subsystem in response to the estimated temperature in case the temperature is liable to rise within the housing and this temperature rise may possible affect adversely the device 13. While the power is supplied to the subsystem when the estimated temperature T rises up to a normal level at the periphery of the device 13 and the operation is reset to a normal redundancy system.

The controller 11 consists of a receiver 111, a MODEM 112, a transmission controller 113, a MODEM 114 and a transmitter 115. The controller 13 consists of a receiver 131,a MODEM 132, a transmission controller 133, a MODEM 134 and a transmit ter 135. The controller 12 comprises 2-port buffer memories 123-l-123-4, a MPU 121, a reconstitution memory 122 and a common bus 124. Thus, the coupler 1 is capable of two-way transmission/reception between both the NWs and the data from one NW is reconstituted and sent to the other NW.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely check the occurrence of a useless abnormal warning at initialization operation time, and to accurately control a magnetic flux of an electromagnet by validating the occurrence of abnormality by the size of a deviation between an excitation command value and an actual value after a predetermined prescribed time from excitation starting time of the electromagnet by a power source controller. SOLUTION: An excitation command value inputted by an operation terminal 1 is inputted to a power source controller 3 via a data setting part 5. The power source controller 3 controls an electromagnet 4 on the basis of the excitation command value. An excitation actual value of the electromagnet 4 is inputted to a data processing part 6 via the power source controller 3. The data processing part 6 determines a deviation between the excitation command value and the excitation actual value from the data setting part 5 to judge abnormality, and imparts an excitation starting signal to a monitoring judging part 7. The monitoring judging part 7 imparts a warning effective signal to the data processing part 6 after a predetermined prescribed time from when inputting the excitation starting signal.
